The team at Rupert Oliver were very responsive and supportive during the process of buying my first flat. Multiple members of the team were kept up to date on matters which was very helpful during periods where the main agent was on annual leave. I would highly recommend Rupert Oliver to anyone buying property as a first time or experienced buyer. The completion gin gifted to me at the end of the sale was also a lovely touch!

An absolutely positive and pleasant experience from the first viewing of what is now our new home right through to the sale of our old house and new purchase completion. William was a joy to deal with - very knowledgeable, highly professional and extremely trustworthy along with being very personable. Fantastic support also from Rupert and Vanessa. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team. Our sale and purchase were definitely not straightforward but Will went above and beyond to keep us updated and reduce our stress levels even with a dash of humour at times! We are very much believers in ‘you only get what you pay for’ but for once this mantra was incorrect! Rupert’s fees are very competitive in an aggressive market but we felt we received first class service for an economy price! Thank you Will, Vanessa and Rupert - we won’t hesitate to recommend you again and already have!

Rupert Oliver have been a fantastic agent to deal with when purchasing a property. I was notified personally immediately when a flat came up that suited my requirements so that I could view the next day.They have been helpful, professional and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. They have a good reputation in the industry for fast sales at a great price and they massively undercut the traditional firms on fees. This is probably the first time I have ever felt the need to say something positive about an Estate Agent, but the service provided by Rupert and the team when selling our property has been first-class. They accurately determined the market value of the flat and then found a buyer offering the full asking price almost immediately (something which our previous agent failed to do). They then kept us well informed through out the sales process all the way through to completion. In short I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody looking to sell their property in Bristol. Well done to all concerned!

Rupert Oliver and Associates have been very helpful to us in the sale of our property in Clifton. They were able to bring the right people to view our property, they supported us through a complicated sale process which did break down on a couple of occasions but they did manage to bring the process back on track very quickly. Overall a very good value service, a high degree of professionalism throughout and a successful outcome for us.

They found a buyer on day one (for the full asking price) and oversaw the whole process from start to finish on our former rental property in Clifton. We were really pleased as we live a long way from Bristol and getting there (during a national lockdown!) was near impossible. Would highly recommend Rupert, William and the team.

I rang a number of times to view a property being advertised. The person answering knew nothing about the property nor even the business. It turned out it was a call centre or something where I had been diverted to. They are obviously too busy to care. I had no call back no nothing... So I went off and bought elsewhere.
