From start to finish, the whole process felt incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, and we were so impressed with the level of communication and service throughout. A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!

23rd May 2026 (10 weeks ago)The fabulous service from Richard Harding, from start to finish, was the best experience we have had in many property sales/exchanges. Peter Walker came to visit us and was both professional and extremely knowledgeable on price point, area and buyers. Peter managed to the whole process with his skill and experience. We felt that, as sellers in a tricky market place and with a larger property to sell, we were in safe, capable hands. Many thanks for guiding through this emotionally difficult period and for managing the bidding process together with keeping us informed through the various surveys and enquiries raised. 14th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)I think I need to give up with these guys they are worse estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been polite and respectful but countless unreturned emails and now ignoring phone calls I give up. Over 2 months since they were going to put my property on the market and still nothing. I give up, will try elsewhere.
22nd Dec 2020 (5 years ago)I wish to describe my experience dealing with Illiana, of Andrews Estate Agents in Whiteladies Road. Illiana was very attentive and responsive, inderstanding my needs and preferences. She behaved all through my contact with her in with a first class professionalism in communicating and delaing with me. She instilled trust and I felt all along that she understood my needs and did not waste my time in selecting the appropriate properties to suit my needs - a great professional attribute in this industry. When she showed me the third property, I realized her attributes as an estate agent, that property ticked all the boxes for me. I do hightly recommend any potential buyer to choose the benefit of dealing with Illiana.

Ollie and the team were amazing, very approachable, very responsive and also brought a high level of expert advice. Couldn’t have asked more from them, very happy and would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

25th May 2026 (9 weeks ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.
2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Ive had a great experience with Howards. They were excellent communicators, kept me informed about viewings and viewers' remarks every step of the way. I feel they dedicated a very generous amount of time to getting my flat sold and they left no stone unturned in the process. I strongly recommend them.

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

18th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)The apartment was spotlessly clean, in a good position for all the places we wanted to visit, the car parking being an added bonus. The only drawback for us was the intense heat, one of the hottest weekends of the year. There was plenty of airflow with the windows open, we did have a balcony, so a little outdoor space too.
