From start to finish, the whole process felt incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, and we were so impressed with the level of communication and service throughout. A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!

23rd May 2026 (22 days ago)The fabulous service from Richard Harding, from start to finish, was the best experience we have had in many property sales/exchanges. Peter Walker came to visit us and was both professional and extremely knowledgeable on price point, area and buyers. Peter managed to the whole process with his skill and experience. We felt that, as sellers in a tricky market place and with a larger property to sell, we were in safe, capable hands. Many thanks for guiding through this emotionally difficult period and for managing the bidding process together with keeping us informed through the various surveys and enquiries raised. We cannot praise Peter and his team highly enough. If you are serious about selling or buying, give them a call. Matt - Bishopston

27th May 2026 (18 days ago)I wasn’t even going to bother leaving such a weak establishment a review but further communication with this company has led me to believe I should warn anyone who tries to get involved with this company. Do NOT ever get involved with these incompetent fools, especially the so called ‘property manager’ Riley who is constantly ‘on leave’ and never in the office no matter what time of day you call. When we did receive a reply, we were met with useless responses. One being advising us to put slug pellets on the floor despite us having a young child of whom slug pellets can be fatal to. This company is a disgrace, they choose to represent dishonest landlords who have no problem renting out a flat with a damp and slug infestation problem. We had no hot water for two weeks, a faulty rotting front door that couldn’t be opened on multiple occasions, insufficient waste disposal systems where the landlord didn’t want to pay £25 for a new bin despite rubbish consistently being cast out onto the pavement. We had to threaten to take legal action against the landlord and the estate agents, we were lucky to be able to get out of the tenancy but had to pay £950 for relisting fees! The property was then relet within the week still having the slug and damp problem and they decided to up the rent even higher despite Allen & Harris having all of this information. They are failing their duty of care and obligations. A total shambles of a company with employees lacking brain cells and MORALS. Nearly a year after I have moved out of this property, I have received an email stating how they have received complaints about bin storage and waste being on the street. The same problem we told Allen and Harris about a year ago, that surprise is happening to another tenant. She states in the email how our tenancy will be reviewed etc despite us no longer living there, what a joke of a company who don’t even know who is living where. They represent stingey landlords and are a completely useless agency. Pictures attached to show what a travesty this company are and the reality behind the listings. For a company that is operating within an expensive area, you would expect the service to be on par, perhaps you need to move your base to Easton. Last photo is of the same waste issue happening to a different tenant.
22nd Dec 2020 (5 years ago)I wish to describe my experience dealing with Illiana, of Andrews Estate Agents in Whiteladies Road. Illiana was very attentive and responsive, inderstanding my needs and preferences. She behaved all through my contact with her in with a first class professionalism in communicating and delaing with me. She instilled trust and I felt all along that she understood my needs and did not waste my time in selecting the appropriate properties to suit my needs - a great professional attribute in this industry. When she showed me the third property, I realized her attributes as an estate agent, that property ticked all the boxes for me. I do hightly recommend any potential buyer to choose the benefit of dealing with Illiana.

25th May 2026 (20 days ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.
2nd Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Ive had a great experience with Howards. They were excellent communicators, kept me informed about viewings and viewers' remarks every step of the way. I feel they dedicated a very generous amount of time to getting my flat sold and they left no stone unturned in the process. I strongly recommend them.

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

28th May 2026 (17 days ago)Lovely, clean and comfortable room. But the best part was the staff. And the welcome. I arrived late and they cooked me a delicious meal and kept it hot for me for when I got there well after dinner service in the tavern had ended. I was treated with such consideration and love I would definitely return if I ever need a room in Bristol. Thank you Alice on the bar and Ben the chef. You’re gems.
