Myself and colleague have had the pleasure to work alongside this wonderful team for a number of years now as a cleaning contractors and we couldn’t wish for a better estate agents to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and nothing is too much trouble which at the moment I feel is a real rarity!

Spoke to Alison on the phone about a house, it wasn't even the right house in the end but she was so nice. I believe that's she just a genuinely nice person. Every single estate agent I've ever let off has done me over, these didn't seem like they would. They weren't fake but just genuinely nice.
I wish I could rent off them but unfortunately I don't think I will end up doing. Thanks for your time spent talking to me! ????

Ashley in particular was in talks with us during all of this and when we came to buy it, Ashley put us on to a fantastic team of brokers who helped us make our house our home finally after many years renting. Contacted Becca & Ashley about renting a property and the urgency as we had been left homeless from a previous letting agency who was no help what so ever. Within a couple of weeks we had seen the property was happy with it, checks was done, paperwork signed and all moved in. The property needed a bit of touching up which was all done within the same week! Any problems I reported they got sorted more or less the same day. They are so helpful and I couldn’t recommend them more. As they knew our experience with a previous letting agents they made us comfortable and reassured us, great communication and I know if there is any further problems I don’t need to worry :)

we found a house for rent, we applied through the website, no answer. After two days, we called to ask if anyone had received our report as no one had contacted us. We confirmed the e-mail address and waited for someone to send us the application form to be completed. Nobody sent us anything and we lost a chance for home.

My daughter and I had a 6 week stay at the Bird n Hand Apartments on Gidlow Lane where we enjoyed a comfortable and safe stay. Lovely big rooms and contemporary decoration made it a relaxing environment while our house was being renovated. The team at Rutter Green were very helpful and cheery and I felt very comfortable communicating with them. Thank you for making a challenging time for everyone relaxing and comfortable.

After moving all my rentals over to Rutter green after 4 years from an unprofessional estate agents with lots of problems caused from arrears lost keys gas certs elec certs they’ve done more in 3 months than the previous jokers.in 4 years.they’ve addressed all the problems caused by them.very professional excellent communication and will go above and beyond to help you.a dedicated friendly and helpful team all round making it all stress free for me at last.a credit to Diane and her team and can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done x

After purchasing our first home in January, COVID put a slight hold on things and some hold ups on the sellers end didnt also help. The team at RutterGreen couldnt have been more helful and friendly. It was a personal service and contacted me daily with updates and findings they had sorted for us. We will be contacting them in a few months to come and see our demolition progress! I can highly recommend Diane and team at Rutter Green for excellent customer service and prompt action.
We had an issue with a tree over-hanging our property from a property managed by Rutter Green. We spoke to Rutter Green and they had a tree surgeon take the tree down within a week. We had been waiting for the previous managing agents for over 12 months to sort this out.
