I would happily recommend Regan and Hallworth. The amount of problems that occurred during the sale of my late father's house,from our side and the buyers side, was unreal. As a result this sale took some time to complete. Megan kept me up to date with proceedings and was always available by phone or txt if I had any questions. We were recommended Woodward Solicitors which then became kjd law. Nora, our solicitor, was always at the end of the phone if needed. Price for both was reasonable.... Read more

Absolutely disgraceful! Had our offer accepted on a property for them not to take the for sale sign down or change to sold stc/ sold. Spent £1000’s on fees, our mortgage application, storage for furniture, rennovations and even went with these to sell our current house only to be informed that the house we had our offer accepted for had been sold behind our backs! We listed our house 3 weeks ago and had no for sale sign put up after calling them for days on end! Will not be selling our house with these or ever doing business with these again! If you’re looking for a rental - ignore their beautiful website adverts and their description where they praise themselves having expertise and good service… They don’t even bother to reply or answer the phone, it’s been a week now and even if it’s the case of not having any more viewing spaces, at least have some respect and reply to people instead of keeping them waiting! Never using this company’s service and would advise others to be careful and not waste your time.... Read more
