I dealt mostly with Zee and did appreciate the 'balancing act' between myself and the homeowner. Although work did need doing to update the property and I made requests for this, it was ultimately understood that the owner would not commit funds for this. I felt that Zee considered both tenant and owner needs and advocated on my behalf to discuss fair or no rental increases. At the point of the homeowner selling the property, Zee was considerate with regard to mine and my daughter's wellbeing.... Read more

I think Ryan and Baker Estate Agents ive been a tenant for 10year and when I've told them about repairs ,I've waited a week before someone come out and the jobs what needs doing now are the same one 5years ago I've ended up doing some of them myself and I've improved this Property because they say that the landlord won't give him the funds to do it....
