Right where do I start I would give no Stars if I could I live in a property of there's for 4 years never missed a payment always on time but when I was asking for jobs to be done like mold in my bedroom bathroom and sons room it take them 2 years to even sort and only did the bathroom when I asked about other work we ended up been asking to leave the property that the landlady wants her property back just found out that they kick us out to just put rent up by 200 pm this was a lot of stress for us as my girlfriend was pregnant at the time I'll leave pictures of the mold I just find this wrong... The Amblecote Office just get it right every time. Outstanding customer service, fast and efficient communication and nothing is too much trouble. We use Steve and his team to rent out our properties and can’t fault the service. Gina is always quick to respond, helpful and makes the processing of re-letting smooth and prompt. Steve is excellent at finding considerate tenants and is thoroughly professional in everything he does to manage the transition. The paperwork was completed and processed by the team in an efficient manner and the property was available to be moved in within a couple of weeks, once checks were carried out.
