Stan and Harry were first class when buying our new house through RE/MAX. Genuine, honest and realistic updates were always given.
We had a bit of nightmare with the below chain and the guys went above and beyond to try and get things moving again. They really made the difference.
We used a high street estate agent when selling our previous home and the difference with dealing with RE/MAX was night and day. We spoke Harry\Stan daily and felt they were doing more for our sale than our actual agent was. They way they communicated with our solicitors was also really efficient.
The next time we are selling, we will 100% use these guys to sell our house. The service was exceptional.

Both Stan and Harry have been absolutely fantastic, Me and my partner listed our property with a few different local agents prior to remax and had nothing but trouble. I called Stan and had a really good detailed chat and explained my situation, he came out a day later and we agreed everything and the property was listed a week later.

Called into the new Remax office in the high street as I had recently inherited my father’s house. The house was in a bad way and needed a lot doing. I told this to Stan who assured me that he could find a buyer for me with no problem- in the current market I was sceptical about this, having been told by multiple different estate agents exactly the same thing. Stan came out to see the property and gave me a figure higher than I had in mind, and slightly above what the other agents had said. He then told me he had a cash buyer ready and waiting.
Fast forward 2 days, before he’d even taken marketing photographs he’s done a viewing, and got me a cash offer above what I was expecting / hoping. The sale then went through a breeze, with Stan & the team keeping me updated multiple times per week. From the valuation to completion took under 3 weeks.
I cannot praise this company enough. They’re new round here, but my god they know what they’re doing! Super friendly, super knowledgeable and results speak for themselves.
DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT THESE GUYS THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!

I can't speak highly enough of ReMax.
Harry, Stan and their team are motivated to not only help the seller, but the buyer as well.
I (as the buyer) had daily conversations with Harry regarding matters that really weren't the agents responsibility. He would chase the solicitors daily, offered me advice regarding my rights on the property I was renting, and gave me contacts for surveyors.
Without the help of ReMax I genuinely wonder if my purchase would've gone through as quickly as it did.
I sold my house with Taylor's and my experience was terrible. Lack of updates, no information and never returned my calls.
With Remax that was never an issue!
If you're selling your home and want a professional team of motivated agents who are willing and able to go the extra mile for you, this is the agent to use.

I met with Stan the man, absolutely wonderful chap, with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
I’ll admit I was slightly apprehensive about using ‘the new guys’ but this is a team of seasoned professionals who have gone out on their own in a difficult market and I can tell already they’re destined for success.

Stan came out to value our property today. He was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and approachable. We explained to him that we’re not quite ready to sell yet, and we’re just assessing our options and whether or not to move yet.

Stan and the team at RE/MAX Stourbridge have been absolutely fantastic! I’ve just purchased my first house though them and couldn’t fault the service. I was (obviously) totally new to everything and had no clue what I was doing or what the processes are but Stan and Rich were available every step of the way and made the process as stress free as possible. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and happy to help, even when I felt like I was asking the most obvious questions - nothing was too much trouble! I would definitely recommend RE/MAX to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Had a valuation from Stan at the branch and he was nothing short of brilliant. Extremely knowledgable and trustworthy, and I’m 100% confident in the abilities of him and the team. They’re very new to the area, but Stan has been active in Stourbridge property market for 10 years which is clear when speaking to him. I’m very glad I took the time to go into their office after receiving a leaflet through my door! Can’t wait to go on the market with you guys!
