We work as repair contractors to SQ in Peterborough. Working with Angela, Danielle & Rebecca is a pleasure, both professionally and practically. A business relationship works on trust, and that trust works both ways. It takes time to build and only moments to ruin it. They respond as quickly as Landlords replies dictate. We do not get messed about and the payments are prompt. Its not all roses, they can push hard when they need something doing, which shows a committment to the tenants they deal with. I had a nasty ending of a tenancy with my tenants who used my house in a, let’s say very undesirable way with a bill for a deep clean and repairs.
