We have received outstanding service from SQ Orchard Park branch. Our property was let quickly and Charmaine managed to achieve a quick turnaround. Charmaine and Charlotte at the Orchard Park branch are friendly and responsive to any queries from both us and our tenants. We are happy and satisfied that our property is well managed and in accordance with the ever shifting rules & regulations. Charmaine has also been very helpful with the HMO application, advice & compliance. Much recommended.
