I have looked for a place to live at around Cambridge at mid-August and Charlotte Peachey has been assisting me with my rental process. Responses have been consistently timely and Charlotte was genuinely helpful with assisting with my questions and requests. Definitely recommended.

Appalling agency, staffed by amateurs it seems. Some major flaws in their promises, and their overall management of the sale. Seemingly ‘known’ locally for their approach to sales. The longest 6month contract i’ve known. Called within 2 weeks to see if we would LET the property ?? failed (miserably) a ‘secret shopper’ test if their incompetence. I really am not surprised that they do not have their own review site. Steer clear at all costs !
