We recently sold our house with Sharman Quinney and we couldn't be happier with their service.<br>From start to finish they were attentive and quick on progressing our sale. They kept us in the loop when we had any hiccups they contacted all solicitors accordingly to get clear answers. Georgia was great with our mortgage, even when we ran into a few issues and Tawnee and the rest of her team were so responsive and made us feel secure within our sale. We were kept informed regarding our buyers status and helped us get to completion. We would 100% recommend using them to sell your home.

I was buying my first home and amaan Nadeem handled almost everything about it made the whole process super easy I work a 4 on 4 off so I'm not even sure I could have done it without him I would definitely advise his mortgage service consultancy to anyone I know buying a house

I couldn’t recommend Bella, Maria and Spencer at Sharman Quinney enough! From start to finish, they were all incredibly helpful, professional and friendly throughout the whole process of buying my property.<br><br>They kept me updated every step of the way, were always quick to respond to any questions and made what can be a stressful process feel so much easier. Their communication and customer service were brilliant, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making everything go smoothly.<br><br>A huge thank you to the team for all your hard work, I’m so happy with my purchase and couldn’t have asked for better service.

Unprofessional service from woman called Charlotte . She definitely needs retraining regarding people skills in general. Extremely rude and disrespectful . A nightmare getting a refund back which took 6 months after constant emails and phone calls . Lack of communication, lack of smooth process in general and not a nice first time experience for first time buyer . The other members of staff are more experienced. However , would definitely not recommend if you have no experience in buying / selling a house .

We changed Estate agents. The market us not great at this time, there are many houses on the market and sone for several months so ism am not commenting regarding time we were on the market with them or lack of veiwings. There was a lack of communication from our agent and as the market is slow, we didn't feel that they wanted to try other ways like an open house idea or more social media presence.

I cannot praise Sharman Quinney enough. We worked with Lauren Jones, who helped us sell our house extremely quickly after we had found a house we loved. Unfortunately, we missed out on the original property but Lauren and the team went door knocking locally to find us an alternative property that we loved even more that we have had our offer accepted on, all in the space of around 2 weeks!<br>Communication with Lauren and the team is excellent, no matter who you speak to on the phone everyone has knowledge of where you’re at in the process and they couldn’t have been more helpful.<br>We would definitely recommend and would work with Sharman Quinney again in the future.<br><br>Lauren, thank you so much!

Naz and Sarah were both incredibly helpful throughout my recent rental process. Naz was always available to answer my questions and responded to my emails promptly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Sarah made my ID verification process so much easier, which meant I didn’t have to travel back and forth from London. That was a huge help, especially with my busy work schedule.
They both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs right up until the moment the keys were handed over to me.

We have bought and sold numerous properties and never have we not had a single viewing ! It was on the market for 24 weeks without a single viewing. They didn’t communicate well and didn’t make any suggestions as to how we could get viewings. Sadly we have removed it from this agent now. The staff were lovely couldn’t fault them but unfortunately we wouldn’t use again, sorry.
