Noonan is Great! The good people at Noonan were absolutely stellar helping us find the right location, and getting us into the property promptly.
We moved from the US to St Neots, during the pandemic, and were terrified that it would be a nightmare getting into a place under those conditions. However, our agent, Caroline, kept us up-to-date, sent us videos, and got us all the paperwork before hand. We were in the property within a week of arriving.

We decided to progress with the sale of our house with Noonan’s as a result of the experience we had as a buyer. We were so impressed with the level of customer service, engagement and overall positive support that we just had to have the Noonan team sell our house.
The whole process of selling the house worked like a dream. The team tailored the approach to our needs and we quickly established a very slick approach where we sold the house following a single open day attended by 17 different groups.
When we had issues with our purchase – Caroline was amazing. Somehow she held the chain together over a period of over 10 months ! She kept all members of the chain informed at all stages – and put herself on the line with a series of what can only be described as ‘difficult discussions’ via video call and in person. At all times we felt that Caroline was on our side and was doing everything in her power to support us. The use of Whatsapp hugely improved our experience – and we were quickly and efficiently informed of developments.

We used Noonan (St Neots branch) for our house purchase a few months ago. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and competent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. We had a lot of issues with our Conveyancer, and Natalie from Noonan stepped in on several occasions to help push forward and really went above and beyond what you would expect from the estate agent. Without Natalie, we would likely have pulled out of the sale on several occasions. I absolutley cannot thank this lady enough for the help, guidance and relentless phonecalls and chasing of our Conveyancer. She ensured that we understood absolutley everything, constantly pushed our Conveyancer for updates, provided information between conveyancers, kept in constant communication with us and so much more that just wasn't her job to do. We had some issues with rubbish clearance from the property, and Natalie and her colleague actually went to the property and sorted this themselves after a clearance company failed to remove the left items. The only issue we had was that no end of tenancy clean was performed, so unfortunately the property was filthy even though we had been assured one had been completed. I feel this should've been checked by Noonan as it is likely the seller had paid for this service, and it just wasn't carried out by the contracted company. Everything else was smooth with Noonan, and if we ever find ourselves in a position to sell/buy again, these would be my first point of call. Thanks so much for getting us into our first forever home!

we had an appointment to see the house at 10 o'clock we go at 10 and before us other people come in to watch after the lady from agency said 7 candidates to watch today and after one hour I received message the owner of the house chose other tenant for one hour 6 famyly to see the cost and for 1 hour how it’s possible 6 family wiewing and the owner to solve everything for one hour lose the time of the people I do not recommend stay far

Even during a global pandemic, from the very first point of contact with Noonan Property Services, Ellie Lucas was an absolute star! She made the whole 'first time renting' experience a breeze for us from start to finish, we moved into the property within 3 weeks of applying!

Rented a property from these recently for one year. I only signed a 6 month property contract and after this term was supposed to have a house inspection. Unfortunately this didn’t happen however, my contract went on to a rolling contract which I was happy with.
Throughout, the staff were fantastic with helping me with paperwork, and continued communication as I had my partner moving in with me.
Generally, the staff cannot do enough for you.
What I was most displeased with, was the end of tenancy. I have since spoke with noonan and it was explained to me that a third party are in charge of the end of tenancy report. What I read absolutely shocked me. After using the recommended carpet cleaner, I was told on my check out report that the carpet needed cleaning, alongside the rest of the house. I was also told that kitchen worktops are excessively scratched. However, the effect of these worktops is a brushed and scratch effect. I could t believe what I was reading and had full proof that the entire house was cleaned. This really does seem as if the reports are written before even visiting the house and completely go against the tennant. I’ve looked after that house very well and this really put a sour note to my experience with noonan.
I’ve changed my review sheerly after speaking with Natalie today who was able to explain this to me. I hope for others sake that this is looked into because it really did dent what was a very happy year renting from the company.

November 2019 – I had a very positive experience with Noonan & Giggs as a tenant moving into a rented property. On-line references and other tools (e.g. to help set up utilities) made the process easy. Very professional yet personal service from Caroline ensured I knew where I stood with everything. This is only my second time being a tenant and my first time using Noonan Giggs. I have to say that my experience with them has been easy and professional from start to finish. My experience with Caroline has been wonderful. She is friendly and efficient and is always happy to help no matter what. She takes the time to get to know you as a person and not just a client, which makes a huge difference .

The guys at Noonan Crane are professional. They're very organised. If you ask them a question they genuinely ask the landlord and most of the time they'll give you an answer right away (so you don't have to wait for days/weeks like with other agencies). I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 as the fees are higher than what we thought they'd be and there was a significant delay when we got to the property to get the keys. They're flexible too - they helped us sign the contract remotely / digitally (even before the actual move-in) so we can have a proof of address and sort out school for the little one. Overall, they're very good. Keep up the good work!

Having let property through Noonan-Crane for some six years I cannot fault them. Joanne is excellent at her job, a real professional and she has a good team around her. They have a very sound policy, in as much as she would not sanction a tenant to any property that she would not have in her own properties.
Tenant vetting is very thorough and the inventory system used is very good .
I would have no hesitation in reccomending this letting agency,in fact I have recommended to very good friends and they are also more than happy.
Two years on and I am still a very happy landlord, I am now onto only my third tenant in eight years and have no problems at all with the quality of tenant that Noonan Crane manage to provide.
No hesitation in recommending this particular agency for both tenants and landlords.

If you are a landlord and want to do a property management think twice before choosing this agency. They do not inspect property as often as they should. When tenants leave than you are on your own. Damages are not documented. They even let tenant to brink a cat without you having a say about that. You may get just a tiny bit of deposit after four months. They do not have a professional standing in this profession. Than you either take a hard hit or seek justice on court.

As a tenant, my advice to other potential tenants would be: avoid this estate agent. Throughout the entire length of the tenancy (6 months), I had no water pressure, which was shrugged off as a problem with the supplier and despite my endless requests for help, nothing was done. Half way through the tenancy, the dishwasher broke down, use of the dishwasher was included in our £820 pcm rent payment (2 bed flat). I was promised on several occasions by Danny that a new dishwasher would be ordered, but of course it never was. To top it all off, at the end of the tenancy, the property was immaculately cleaned to the same (if not better) standard as when we moved in. Yet Noonan Crane demanded £66 for cleaning. I was provided with 2 photos - a smear on a shower door and some general wear and tear in the bottom of the oven... Danny eventually lowered the demand to £50, but I found it disgusting that I was asked to pay a penny considering the lack of effort on their part to rectify the issues we suffered during the tenancy. Danny and his team promised a full service, but what we got was far from that indeed!

Noonan Crane let my property out for several years before I sold it. The property was never empty and the service I received from them was always of the highest standard. Throughout the letting period I had several tenants and each time they were vetted to a high level resulting in no issues at all from the tenants. If I was to let my property out in the area again I would have no hesitation to do it through Joanne and her team again.

We just have one Buy To Let, and so we're not experienced Landlords, but Joanne and her excellent team keep us up to date, and make sure we're complying with the law, as well as having found us a great tenant. we recommend Noonan Crane 100%
