The sale of our house was delayed time and time again due to our buyers’ awful choice of conveyancers. This caused no end of stress, especially during the latter stages of the process. Lauren and the rest of the team worked extremely hard, often on hold to the conveyancers for well over an hour at a time to try to get us answers. This was very much appreciated and I can see the hard work that went in to try to put my mind at rest. Response time to emails is very quick at SQ and I would not hesitate in using them again.

Just purchased our first home via Sharman Quinney.
Great service, would certainly use them again.
Throughout the process we were looked after by Carrigan & Elaine, they were always available to assist and were quick to keep us updated and answer any questions/requests we had.
The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is the solicitors that are part of the package via Sharman Quinney. Whilst we did not use them, our seller did and we found that they were unresponsive and there were long periods where our solicitors and Sharman Quinney estate agents were chasing them for updates.

Absolutely dreadful. The epitomy of what gives estate agents a bad name.
The fact that you now appear to have no record of dealing with me does not surprise me in the least, as we spent 10 months trying to persuade you to include both sellers of the property in any and all communications. I was the one you did manage to communicate with - I do however realise it is a challenge to cc the joint seller in on all emails (that is sarcasm by the way) - it just shows the level of incompetency or, more likely, lack of concern. Now you appear to have no record of someone that has just paid £420 for zero professional service on what was supposed to be a no sale no fee package. I recommend that sellers avoid.

Be careful.... very sneaky indeed, make sure to check what length contract your signing up for as they are harassing me still 15 weeks later even tho I have taken the house of the market with them, normal estate agents offer 6-16 week contracts, not these, also very aggressive selling techniques used, barrage of phone calls, and think they are the best estate agents in town, and put there competition down, we will not be using these ever again, not pleasant. Peter lane it is for us now, super service so far.

I have received several unsolicited calls from this agent and their March office, despite the fact that I have never bought, sold or rented a property through them. I have repeatedly requested that my contact details be deleted from their database, and each time they have clearly ignored my requests. I would most definitely NOT use or recommend a company with such questionable marketing practices
