Shepherds of Hertford are a small and friendly team, and are also knowledgeable, helpful and thoroughly professional. Peter B in particular provided regular updates at every stage of our sales transaction, which helped to make the whole process considerably less stressful. We had a very disappointing experience with a property viewing. We made an offer on a property without viewing it first. However, later, Jodie from the Lettings team failed to consult the landlord about our offer and canceled our viewing, claiming that the property had already been let without any viewings. We had high hopes on that one! Very disappointed with how they dealt with the matter!

I recently sold my house and purchased a house with Shepherds and I would highly recommend. From the valuation of our house, arranging viewing's and the time in between up until completion Shepherd's were extremely helpful and always there to answer calls/emails. I cant thank Peter enough for great communication, phone calls and updating everyone in the chain as the process took longer than expected due to un forseen situations that arose. I very rarely had to chase Shepherds as they were really on the ball and definitely made the process less stressful, Thank you
