I can only describe the place as an absolute shambles, the staff at head office could not run a bath let alone trying to sell a property. y They failed to manage viewings adequately and lied about loosing the keys to my property, then tried to blame me for their inadequacies! If it were my business I would be taking a serious look at the competency of my staff...... Read more

My property had been up with two other agents and had sold once but fell through days before completion, so decided to change to Signature Morpeth. They were amazing from day 1, their marketing strategy and social media presence was brilliant and undoubtedly what got the property so many viewings and ultimately sold. They kept in contact with me at all times and being able to keep track of viewings and feedback was great. So pleased I switched to Signature, would definitely use them again.... Read more
