Cons : they only checked in after 12 weeks and once when we had a possible viewing. This felt quite poor over 26 weeks. I requested some replacement photos to use alongside a price drop to create some Interest. Advisor quite abrupt and unhappy at the request . Refused/strongly advised this was not necessary even though work had been done to improve the home since original photos taken . Communication was poor with very little contact over a 26 week period. Didn’t see home marketed via Facebook or email shots .
Some of the Photos weren’t the best , make sure you really check them before you approve .
Pros : Service was quick and effective at point of set up. Staff were otherwise polite and pleasant to deal with . Always returned calls when I rang . Board went up quickly and photographer was quick. Some of the photos were good.
House did not sell or even have a viewing within 26 weeks which is unusual in a popular area.

Worst estate agent I've ever used queried the exit fee bill got threatened with court action from the financial dept
Be aware use a proper estate agent if you want to sell your property £354 for nothing well done signature

Signature have always been very polite and professional. They are excellent at keeping the lines of communication open between the seller and buyers.

All the staff have been wonderful. It has been quite stressful to sell during lockdown but from valuation to completion the staff have been wonderful. I recommend Signature to anyone that wants high-end service and professionalism.

Signature north east runs a very slick organisation. Every member of the team has a specific function throughout the process of buying & selling property. This means that whenever you contact them you are speaking with an expert at that stage & matters are handled very efficiently. I highly recommend them

They were ok, communication not always great (too many people not talking to each other in their own offices?)
Felt they needed pushing from me to keep things moving and response was usually “market is flat, let’s drop the price”.
Only actually had about 4 viewings in a 7 month period.
Feel lucky we managed to sell our house and complete before everything that is currently happening worldwide, but feel it was just that - luck - rather than anything special Signature did.

I changed to Signature after almost 4 months with an estate agents who were unproductive and unhelpful. My home was on the market with Signature for 2 weeks and I received an offer for the full asking price. The service I received from all members of staff throughout the process was exceptional! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was very disappointed with the service.
The reason I went with them was because they had a shop where I lived so house could go in shop window at some stage. A few months later I noticed the shop had closed and they never contacted me to let me know but when I called them the person who answered didnt even know it was closed.
I was also told by a number of people who viewed my house with my new agent that they had tried and failed to get through to Signature by phone.
They losted the sale of my house because the couple who bought it could not get through to them so went to my new agent.
Plus I had to pay to get out of single agency contract with them so I could appoint new agent who eventually sold my house.
