Diabolical Estate Agent to allow and partake in customers being gazumped! Our offer was accepted on one of your properties, then weeks later, when we’ve done everything asked, appointed and paid a solicitor etc, another customer of Signature offers more for the same house and we’re now having to start from scratch. How did they know to offer more?? You’re unethical, dishonest and have very little morals, if any, to treat people like that, when times are hard enough. Do not trust these people, I’ve learned the hard way. Rebekka, at the Whitley Bay branch, needs a lesson in honesty and transparency or whoever is telling her what to email. To send me an email stating my offer hasn’t been accepted, is a joke, weeks after the email sent telling me my offer had been accepted. Why not just email to say your estate agents are a disgrace, that gazumps honest and innocent people. Shame on you!

Forget the food, the service is abysmal, and the overall experience is dreadful. Don't bother, this place aspires to be like Cucci but falls embarrassingly short, just a wannabe.

Highly Recommend from start to finish, Eny worrys I had along the way signature where there with me .
I would definitely give Ryan 10 out of 10 and wish him all the luck in the future he was very professional well spoken and went that extra mile, He was always there to listen to me as we all no moving is a very stressful time but Ryan helped me every step along the way a big thankyou Ryan and everyone at signature whitley Bay Simply the Best

Arranged a viewing with me. The flat ended up going under offer before the viewing but they gave me no notice or indication that anything had been cancelled. I only noticed by chance and contacted them to confirm the viewing was still on. Unfortunately they only got back to me a day before, by which time I had already spent £150 on travel and accomodation to be able to view the flat.
You will notice that their good reviews are regarding their wine bar, rarely their estate agent services. Also note, my frustration is not with not getting to view the house, but the lack of notice or information on the change of circumstance.
Having said all this, the Finance team/morgage broker affiliated with Signature were helpful with my questions and they would be the only reason I consider engaging with Signature again.

This company has repeatedly ignored multiple attempts to contact to request deletion if my details and to remove me from IT systems/mailing lists. They clearly have no regard for your rights under GDPR. I would strongly recommend not giving them your email address.

Great evening here,enjoyed a lovely meal. The setting is great. Food was excellent. Nice guest beer. Waiting staff were attentive,friendly and helpful. Looking forward to another visit.

I've never used Signature yet, but honestly now never will, someone left one of their signs in my front garden and despite calling 3 times and being promised someone will come and collect they still havent, this doesnt say much for their service if you ask me if they cant complete a simple request!

Leave them to the bar job, don't use for estate agents, we tried to view a property and it was like it was an inconvenience! I feel sorry for the person trying to let the property, Terrible service, clueless do not use for an estate agent

A poor personal experience. Tried to book an appointment to look around a flat with 5 days notice, after leaving my details didn't hear back from them.
Spoke to Ryan who said he'd been trying - but clearly had forgotten about it. Asked him to call me by midday the next day, never heard from him again - and that was a week ago.
Poor communication and clearly not too motivated to sell properties for clients, I'd be fuming if I had trusted these guys to sell for me.

My husband and I used Signature Finance for mortgage advice prior to and during the purchase of our first home. Franco Carpinelli was our advisor and we would highly recommend him. Franco was really friendly and helpful when explaining our options. He was prompt while sorting our application and quick to get in touch with us if necessary. This was particularly appreciated, as with his help, we managed to sort our mortgage amid the financial turmoil of last year. Thanks!

Where do I even start with Signature? Avoid at all costs. That's what I would recommend. They are incompetent on another level.
Every time I needed to ring the office I felt like I'd disturbed them watching Love Island. I don't think they could organise a bun fight in a bakery.
Don't rent with them and don't rent your house via them. You'll regret it.

Having previously worked here it’s disappointing to see how unhelpful the new sales team are. Rang about multiple different properties since I’ve been looking to buy and it’s come across as if they don’t know what they are doing and they aren’t bothered about helping.

Lovely place for a drink or just coffee. Did not have a good choice of cakes but out and in has a good feel. Toilets are upstairs but lovely. There is a disabled toilet down stairs.

An unexpected treat.
Storm Eunice was rumbling and we were walking in the rain round the shops of Whitley Bay when our tummies started rumbling. We popped into Signature North East and were instantly aware of the warmth of the room and the staff. Comfy chairs, nice music, attentive, efficient Vicky and delicious sliders with sweet potato fries followed by a hot drink made us feel pampered and keen to return.

Visited for lunch and a coffee. Lovely place, good service and friendly atmosphere. My coffee was excellent and i also got a bloody mary as well which was presented well. Both meals me and partner had were good, i had a brie and caramelised onion sandwich which i would recommend. Only slight issue is parking around the area is a bit tight but we had no problem.

Had the upstairs for a work do. The glass in the centre is aesthetically pleasing to look at, but in practice, when it's full, it becomes difficult to get round and see everyone. I hear the food was lovely and service was good.

I have found Alanis extremely polite, friendly and helpful, she is a credit to Signature. Alanis is always very competent and professional and goes above and beyond the call of duty. I am new to selling a property but have been helped all along the way which is very reassuring. I will certainly be recommending Signature and Alanis to friends,family and colleagues.

Dreadful experience dealing with this estate agents. Insinuated that a decision was imminent on a house, so I upped my offer and was told it was my fault that I came to the impression that a decision was going to be made on that day. Followed up with emails and phone calls but was told that we had to wait and there was no information to be given. House was taken off Rightmove website, so I again called and was told that an offer higher than mine was made that very morning, and that the buyer had upped their offer. I then afterwards received an email informing me that I needed to increase my offer even though I had only just been told that an offer had been accepted many hours ago. Staff were ambivalent, didn't have much info on the house when we viewed, and the person we were dealing with was quite unpleasant. I think their honesty is questionable, and would not recommend using this estate agents.
