Had a 5 ?? experience from start to finish. Initially dealt with Mark who arranged promptly to get my flat on the market. Sophie then dealt with all negotiations and helped guide me through the process as a first time seller. I felt extremely supported in every decision I made and my flat was sold at closing date after being on the market exactly 1 week. I truly believe this was all down to Mark, Sophie and the rest of the team being so skilled and proactive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this branch/team and would use again in the future. They made what could have been a stressful time very straight forward!

Lisa was or first contact visiting our home for valuation and advising us on how to market the property.We were delighted with the marketing and the response to the marketing campaign.
Rhys was our next contact keeping us updated on viewers feedback and the offers that came in very quickly.
The whole team at the Livingston office that we dealt with were friendly, helpful, professional and most importantly very good at what they do.

Starting from the date my of application to viewing the property even when i requested the rent should be reduce and my request was granted, down to the day i collected the house key the whole process was smooth and great, nice meeting you all at slater Hogg falkirk. pardon me to call out some name, Craig and lorraine you both are awesome. Lastly I enjoyed the communication, by email, sms, and telephone calls most especially how the staff pass information between theirself so fast and quick what ever conversation I did with one I do not need to start all over again we just kick off and do the necessary. Kudos to you all.

I had three different estate agents out to look at selling my mum's flat in Stirling and I was immediately impressed with Gareth from Slater Hogg and Howison in Stirling and the services that they provided. Gareth was very well informed about the local property market and very accurately predicted the timing and price that we could expect for the sale. Once Slater Hogg were appointed, I was looked after very well by Eva in the Stirling office, who kept me well informed of the progress of the sale and was always there to answer any questions and give me advice. Between Gareth and Eva, I was very well supported by the Slater Hogg Stirling team and would recommend them highly for the sale of any properties in Stirling and the surrounding area.

Having been an estate agent myself for 10 years, I knew what to look for in an agent when it came to selling our Penthouse apartment in Glasgow City centre. Ultimately we wanted the best price coupled with the reassurance our sale was in safe hands. The team at Slater Hogg Candleriggs did a wonderful job and we were delighted with the service we received and ultimately the offer we got.
Fergus their Valuer is a wealth of knowledge and knows the city market inside out. Tegan and Elaine in the office kept in touch throughout the process and were instrumental in negotiating offers. I would absolutely recommend using them for selling any property in the city.

We recently bought a flat and also sold a house for our parents, both through Slater Hogg and Howison, Bishopbriggs.
The staff there were all incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Their communication was excellent, always updating with a friendly phone call followed by emails.
We have dealt with several Estate Agents in the past, but the staff here definitely go above and beyond. We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
