Kept getting told different things by different people one lady very rude and made us feel intimidated- accusing us of trying to "gazump" when I'd already been told to put in a higher offer by another member of staff told a certain price should buy house and there was lots of "wiggle room" on price - then to be advised to increase offer (even though they knew that was our max budget) result was we lost the house we love to another "bidder" and made to feel like worthless time wasters
So if you don't want to lose a house you like- don't take their advice and follow your gut - even better avoid altogether... Read more

Can’t thank them enough. Made the whole process unbelievably quick and easy. All the staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Always kept me up to date every step of the way and found buyers within hours of going live. Couldn’t ask for more, would highly recommend, I would certainly use again. Thank you!... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
