Initial communication was great but when sale going through legal process found it hard to get updates and received misleading updates. Was told chain was 2 people ended up much larger and frustrated by lack of communication between chain and willingness to chase a speedier conclusion. The agent appears to be too busy to deal with your enquiries as they are too busy chasing new business to give you the necessary commitment.

We worked with Daf in both the purchase and subsequent sale of our rental property, and can vouch for his integrity, knowledge, absolute professionalism, and enthusiasm, in spite of some difficult aspects along the way during the sale.
Always approachable and contactable, his excellent relations with our solicitors took much of the stress out of the experience. We couldn't imagine using anyone else.

My partner and I (Ryan) put an offer in on the house of our dreams back in March 2024. I rang Smiths homes estate agents straight away as I wanted to view the property as soon as possible. I spoke with Tom on the phone who he later showed us around the house. Tom was very professional and answered all questions that we had. We placed an offer and Tom was on the ball, he was very quick with replies and extremely helpful throughout this process. Our offer was then accepted and straight away we had a congratulations and a group chat was made on WhatsApp so that we could all keep in touch. Janine who was also looking after us kept us in touch quite often with regular updates which I was very happy about as I’m a very impatient person and want updates regularly. Janine was also very professional and answered questions quickly which reassured us that we picked the best home and estate agents. 2 months went by and today we finally pick up our new keys and that’s all thanks to Tom and Janine at Smiths Homes Estate Agents. We are extremely happy and excited to start this new chapter in our lives and we are grateful that we had a great team behind us. 5/5 stars!
