I have just sold my house with Dawsons in Sketty and they were the absolute A Team from beginning to end. Alison was really helpful during the initial stages when I was thinking about getting the house on the market. Then we had Gemma who helped with getting the property measured up and listed with attention to detail in the particulars. The package included a professional photographer who made my house look incredible - I was really pleased with the outcome. Sharon was an absolute star all the way through, booking my viewings and communicating with me at each and every step. If I had any questions, she was always available to answer them and put me at ease if I had any concerns. I must also mention Christine was great in keeping me informed with updates to the listing and so on. When the viewings took place, John and Leanne obviously did a fantastic job over the two days and even managed to squeeze in some second viewings from the first day as there was a lot of interest. Both days, I found the house as I had left it - you wouldn't have known multiple viewings had taken place each time. I was also really appreciative of them taking place on two defined days instead of dotted about the week to minimise the number of times I had to tidy up. That is worth its weight in gold when you're a busy, working mum! Within the week, Sharon helped me manage an influx of offers and we eventually went to full and final offers and one was accepted. It all happened exceptionally fast with the help of the team and, having set a very competitive asking price in an unpredictable market, the property found its true value and attained well over the original list price. Once a sale was agreed, I was passed over to Selina who kept me informed every step of the way as the sale progressed. She maintained good communication between my solicitor and the buyers' solicitor and always got back to me quickly. The whole team at Dawsons Sketty were excellent, from getting our house valued, to putting it on the market, to selling it and moving out - everyone was very professional, friendly and attentive and kept us fully updated and up to speed throughout the process. I have had a first class service from Dawsons in Sketty. From the initial valuation with Alison, who impressed me with her local knowledge and advice, to Leanne who conducted the viewings with enthusiasm and efficiency, I have been kept informed at every stage of the process. My house was sold quickly, and the marketing was excellent. At this point, Selina took over with frequent updates, great advice and reassurance. The warmth and approachability of the staff made me feel I was valued both as a customer and person, and that nothing was too much trouble for them. I am grateful to them, and am happy to recommend their services to anyone selling their home. I know there are cheaper alternatives, but the price difference is more than made up for by the superb professionalism and support of the staff.
