I first met Indy when I was selling my house in Olton, Indy and the team were professional at all times, keeping me up to date at regular intervals and kept to his promise that he would personally do all the viewings himself which really helped sell my house in a few days as he knew the house and was able to speak about the work we had done since purchasing the property. I was so impressed that I used Indy's building company SSL building Ltd to build our new Summer House. Everyone that has seen it is really impressed, it is well built, insulated, full electrics and a bar to boot. I will put some pictures to show you all. I would have no hesitation with using Indy for buying, rental or buildings works and I would totally trust him as an individual that he would do the best for the customer at all times. I have recently gone through Solihull sales and letting to rent a property, myself and my husband were on a short time frame to move and I can not thank all the staff and in particularly Indy enough for all of their help. They bent over backwards to help us get everything finalised and put through as quickly as possible.
