I used Stones recently to sell my flat at the Stanmore Place development.
Stones were super friendly, professional and helpful throughout.

From the initial valuation (which was very reasonable and realistic) to finding a buyer (which they managed in ultra fast record time) to fantastic after care between offer-to-exchange-to-completion, I couldn't find a fault.

If I could give a review rating with 100 stars then I would! Suzie Andrews and Ben Crane in the Stanmore branch were absolutely amazing. From the first moment, they were professional, understanding and committed. They helped us secure the property we wanted in a very tough market. They understood our needs and helped us along the way.
Sarah Morgan was fantastic as progressing the sale. She is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely approachable. Sarah helped us overcome a couple of hurdles with professionalism, empathy and success!
I would highly recommend Stones to anyone buying or selling a house, we have dealt with many agents, but Stones were 100% the best out there!

Suzie and the team, from Stones Residential in Stanmore, have been without doubt beyond exceptional in helping us find and secure our dream flat to downsize too. Suzie rang me very shortly after I subscribed to their mailing list and showed me a property right away which turned out to be the one. The entire process was speedy and stress free and Suzie always responded to our queries and requests for viewings extremely quickly and absolutely nothing was too much trouble and she was very approachable and gave us time to look around the property without feeling rushed. Along the way she has helped us with queries about fixtures and fittings in the flat and given us advice just recently about an item of furniture that couldn’t be moved but Suzie secured a handyman to help and has solved the problem for us. She has kept us informed and calm throughout the sale and purchase and is very experienced and knowledgeable. Her kindness and understanding of our move is without doubt amazing and means a lot to us. We have been in our house now for 46 years and so moving could have been very daunting and emotional, but Suzie has 100% made this experience for us seamless. Suzie has worked so hard for us, was always on time, helpful and totally professional and approachable and always contactable and I would recommend Stones Residential based on our excellent experience
Taking into account the difficult time with viewings taking place during lockdown, nothing was too much trouble for Suzie. Every situation that we encountered Suzie rose to the occasion with patience and solutions and we cannot thank her enough. We would highly recommend Suzie to anyone in the market to buy or sell their home. We sold our house through another agent and our experience with them was completely different and in hindsight it would have been much better for us to have secured Suzie to have helped us with that too. We wouldn’t hesitate for a moment in using Suzie and Stones Residential again if needed and in recommending her to friends and family. A huge heartfelt ‘thank you’ to Suzie.

Rented with stones for 3 years. Was always on landlord side, never came over to fix anything, but when we had to move, we got a professional cleaning company, but not the one they recommend, so the inspection lady came over and wrote up a lot of imaginary stuff like- skirting boards not clean enough (?!), there was imaginary dust particles and told us they will bring their recommended cleaning company and I'll have to pay for them! They even tried to charge me for light bulbs which they didn't know how to turn on. Horrible, would not recommend.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Terrible agents, throughout our phone calls, service was awful and conducted with a snobbish, superior attitude. Don’t answer calls let alone calling back. Basic thing like arranging a viewing was a pain. Thank my stars we dint get into an agreement with them. They’d be rolling all over us. Undermine ur clients & talking them down is just not right/ethical.
Absolutely terrible. If they were letting my dream house i wouldn't even bother enquiring.

Decided to call them, they did nothing, just asked for my data and never called back.
They seem to not want to sell properties.

Went with Stones as they originally sold us the Property and we then used them to let and manage it.
Original agent was laid off after COVID19 outbreak and lockdown. We kept with them and they soon had a couple of offers. Adam managed to improve the reduced price a little. On the whole he worked well for us although communications and updates could have been better. Would we use them again ?? Yes as he managed to sell our flat during this difficult time.

The most professional estate agent by far that i had the pleasure to be client. They helped in different ways to settle us in the Flat that i picked up. Very kindly and honest in everything. They checked if the apartment was cleaned before we moved, they managed to get everything sorted before our move, eg. the remote control of the car park just arrive in the same day that we moved. Those little details makes the whole difference.

Despite the falling through of my first purchase due to the owners pulling out, Adam Mincer (Head of Sale ) & Karen Sloam (Sales Coordinator) negotiated with my buyer to hang on because they know that they would find my ultimate new home, and they DID. I have purchased my dream home! Karen has been so supportive of me and I will miss our frequent emails. Adam has been so kind and efficient all the way through. As always , all the agents are extremely fake. They wait to receive the deposit and then they’re done with you. I would stay away from this place. No help. Always on landlords side no matter what. They only get involved when landlord needs something but then tenants mean nothing. Disgraceful really.

Absolutely terrible. they are all liars. I rented a flat from here and I have been regretting it since. They dont help at all. They make up a bunch of lies to get you to rent the place and once you sign the contract they dissapear and get extremely rude. Never again.

I saw a flat online that I liked and was within the budget, saw it quickly, agreed the rent and a move in date. Moving day was stress free with Stones, attended their offices, Lucy was really great. Even an issue with thehot water on moving day was dealt with in less than 24 hours. The staff are polite, and efficient seeing to things quickly and ensuring that all Landlord issues are seen to asap. I would recommend their Lettings Services as I have only had good experiences with them since becoming a Tenant at one of their managed properties. Having rented properties for a number of years now, they are definitely the best Agency I have dealt with

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Would never use Stones Residential is Stanmore (or anywhere else for that matter) ever again! The worst estate agents ever. Firstly, they have a few properties that belongs to their close friends and community members that they try to flock first and for that reason they are ALWAYS on landlord's side no matter what. I've had the misfortune of renting a flat (owned by Stones Residential's Directors best friend) through Stones. During the nine months of occupying the property, I experienced several leaks to my flat (from the flat above, no fault of mine) forcing me to rent an alternative place due to extensive damage to the property and my personal belongings. Stones refused to make any timely repairs (took them 3 weeks to get a decorator to the property)or compensate me for the extensive damages caused to my personal belongings. Here's the worse part, I told them that since the property was uninhabitable I will deduct 50% of the following months rent and they agreed after several email exchanges. However once I gave back the property at the end of my tenancy term, they held 70% of my deposit and refused to pay me covering the 50% of rent among other silly excuses. They have left me out of pocket resulting me losing on another property as I didn't have the money to pay the deposit. They are the true meaning of a shark estate agent and would do anything to protect the landlords. Do not use them.

Their connections in and around North London are second to none and their experience of the market and the industry is apparent in the level of viewings they bring to properties and their successful sales.
