This is a long overdue review. I was a tenant in Belsize for 2 years and Stones Residential is the best agent I’ve experienced in my 6 years so far renting in London. From start to finish they were great, making sure the touch ups in my flat were finished before I moved in. Then when I moved out everything went just as smooth and I got my security deposit back in no time with no fuss. Can’t recommend this agent enough - if I’m ever in need of renting or buying, I’ll use them again!

We rented through Stones Residential for two years and had a genuinely smooth experience from start to finish. Shayan was a great agent throughout the tenancy, and Ricky was always helpful whenever we needed him. Dahlia made our move-out effortless with clear communication and quick replies.
