Stones Residential have no care for their tenants and are only concerned about pleasing the money-grabbing landlords they represent. They let us live with mould growing on clothes, blinds, bedding, the ceiling and walls for months with little-to-no resolution. This ended up being fixed by the council who informed us that this is was 100% not their responsibility but fell on the landlord to fix, something we’d been saying for months. When we did receive email replies they were sharp and rude, with zero empathy. Once we finally moved out they broke a legally binding clause in our contract stating that the landlord had to make any claims on the deposit within 10 working days and despite us chasing for our deposit, Stones and the landlord made £200+ claims against us a month later. Avoid at all costs.
