Our overall impression of Stratfords is one of complete professionalism. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been friendly and super accommodating. Correspondence is mainly via email and I can be assured that any queries I have will be answered within 24 hours or less.
I find it refreshing to have such dealings. Having always rented properties, I have met some unsavory agents along the way. It is a relief to deal with a company who are not just about working with the client (Landlord) but also about giving the tenant the best service possible too. I would highly recommend Stratfords to anyone looking to either rent or buy a property.

The staff at Stratfords have been amazing! We moved from Canada and we had to use virtual viewings and the help of a family friend to arrange visits as we weren't able to physically view this property from the beginning. Luke, Lucy, and the rest of the staff at Stratfords were a huge help with their professionalism and communication to make this transition and move seamless.
Any issue that has come up (which there have been next to none) is always dealt with in such a timely matter and communicated each and every step of the way.

I had a fantastic first off impression when first viewing the property I am renting now! Any issues, they dealt with same day or same week and continue to do so! Their communication is amazing! I was so happy with the service that I recommended my friend Keri from work who now also rents a property through Stratfords as her first home of independent living. Very comfortable and relaxed people that make it so much more relaxed as a tenant.

Stratfords have looked after my property for the last 7 years. In that time there have been two tenants both of which they sourced.
The property has needed a fair amount of general maintenance all of which they have arranged from there tradesman.
Rents are received in a timely manner and any enquiries handled are answered personally.

We’ve just purchased our new home through Stratford’s, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience we had. Matt Fessey has been fabulous throughout the whole purchase, explaining everything clearly (also putting up with my ridiculous questions), and keeping us updated with everything going on. He’s very much picked up the silence we were getting from our conveyancer too! It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. We’ve not felt out the loop with anything during the entire process and really have been able to trust everything’s in hand.
