He was consistently friendly, professional, and rapid with his communication. When it came down to the wire approaching exchange, Finley went above and beyond coordinating with the sellers to make sure the sale crossed the finish line. Highly recommended.
29th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Initial interactions were good - first visit, advertising and finding a tenant. Day to day management has been appalling - long response times, bad attitude, rude, inefficient (staff don't know what other staff are doing), have caused problems by promising things to my tenant and then refusing to follow through, not impressed with their service for repairs - told me they had trades people they regularly use but provided very expensive quotes so I ended up having to employ my own trades people to undertake any work. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Avoid!
