If there was an option to give 0 stars i would, housing union needs to step in. £120 cleaning charge for blue tack that was already there. Fined £200 in council tax as they failed to inform and submit student exemption, made me homeless twice, £60 fee each time to get back in. Their emergency line failed to work and blamed it on the network. failed miserably at looking after their tenants and all the young women in my flat were subjected to a creepy uncle. Unsure how any of them sleep soundly. The state of the flat was gross while promoting a weekly cleaner. do better... Read more

Stayed in Sun House for my masters year and my room was great, absolute steal for the price compared to a lot of rentals. Also very on the ball with maintenance issues, problems were usually dealt with the same day (sometimes within the hour). I recently had some post sent there by mistake by a family member and emailed the office, they were happy to forward it to me at no charge! Really appreciate it guys thank you!... Read more

Visited my friends at the apartment block managed by sunbright properties was disgusted to see multiple rats by the bins looking for food, my friend reported this to the agency, I went to visit my friend 2 weeks later and the unwelcome guests were still running through the carpark and bins. Manageing agents are clearly willing to let tenants endure this.... Read more

Their organisational skills and customer service needs unproving massively. I had a viewing arranged for today at 1pm In Manchester (45minutes drive away from my home in bolton) At 12:55 I receive a call to cancel the viewing as I'm sat in the car park waiting. The representative then advised me the property has been let in the morning... So could I not have been informed of this hours before to save me a nearly 2 hour round trip? When I asked to speak to the manager to complain all they had to say was "sorry". Personally I think this is really unprofessional and disorganised and a massive waste of my time.... Read more

The place makes you feel very depressed and you couldn’t sleep at night cause of the noises outside also it is not safe coming home at night because most probably you will get hurt and the staff isn’t 1% familiar with you I stayed 6 months and I couldn’t continue... Read more

Very bad agency , they take too long to respond for any issue , absolutely you’re going to loose your deposit i have 3 friends who lived in there properties and all of them lost there diposit. I don’t recommend any one to live with sun bright properties.... Read more
