Tate have been amazing finding the right property to rent and getting everything sorted quickly. Each and every member of staff has helped. Chris and Kirsty made things as easy as possible. Throughout the tenancy they were helpful and dealt with anything very swiftly. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It is a beautiful apartment and your service has been impeccable. I therefore probably stayed longer than intended. But I had 7 very happy years, and during that time, successfully sent two children to two top universities in the world, one in the US and one in the UK. I believe that flat had very good Fengshui :) Thank you again Tate Partnership for everything!

I recently rented a flat via Tate Partnership and it was a very fast and smooth process. Everyone I interacted with at the agency was very friendly and accommodating, organising a same day viewing on very short notice and being very helpful in general. Would recommend.

Tate Partnership have looked after rentals of ours in Chiswick for over 20 years. In that time, I have so appreciated the continuity of care and professionalism often lacking with larger high turnover agencies. We have got to know Kirsty well over the years and she knows exactly what we are looking for in a tenant and, together with Chris and the other members of staff, handles everything with great care and commitment. I had some problems with Abigail Shanks about the heating system where she confirmed to me was just the pressure of the boiler and I had to pay for the bill, when actually it was a maintenance problem where the boiler was overheating the pipe. Glad that Chris was a really professional person came to my house to understand the problem first. So, just want to hightlight here that if you ever have any problems with Abigail, you should escalate the problem to Chris straight away, as he is a really down to earth person and solve the problems straight away.

I’ve worked with Kirsty at Tate Partnership for 7 years. She is very proactive and always provides excellent support and advice and so I have never felt the need to look elsewhere. During the pandemic in particular both Chris and Kirsty have really gone above and beyond. I’m very happy to recommend them.
