I had some problems with Abigail Shanks about the heating system where she confirmed to me was just the pressure of the boiler and I had to pay for the bill, when actually it was a maintenance problem where the boiler was overheating the pipe. Glad that Chris was a really professional person came to my house to understand the problem first. So, just want to hightlight here that if you ever have any problems with Abigail, you should escalate the problem to Chris straight away, as he is a really down to earth person and solve the problems straight away.... When we were trying to rent the property and before we moved in Tate were contactable, prompt and helpful. One we moved in almost ALL of that stopped! They are 100% interested in supporting the landlord and I am glad the government has now limited the fees they are able to charge & the landlord covers most costs. Pros : Tate partnership is always ready to send someone do maintenance when needed. Cons : ripping of tenants with fees. Most important thing to underline: EXPECT TO LOST BETWEEN 10% AND 30% OF YOUR DEPOSIT WHEN YOU MOVE OUT BECAUSE YOU CHOOSE NOT TO CALL THE PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SERVICE THEY SUGGEST YOU BUT ANY OTHER ON THE MARKET. MOREOVER EXPECT A WRONG INVENTORY WHEN YOU MOVE IN. OUR COZY FLAT WAS EMPTY OF THING NOT ON THE INVENTORY SO YOU HAVE TO SPEND A COUPLE OF DAY WHEN YOU MOVE OUT TO REMOVE STUFF THAT WAS ALREADY INSIDE WHEN YOU MOVE IN TO RESPECT THE UN CORRECT INVENTORY....
