The whole process with Your Move and Mark was outstanding. He took pictures and advertised the property. Set a date for viewings – we had around 10 viewings and 5 offers on the day. The house was sold in less than 2 weeks!

After having 5 estate agents value the house, we chose Your Move as, even though not the cheapest fee wise, they offer a whole package, able to organise solicitors for both selling and purchasing a new property. Throughout the whole process the Blackburn branch team were in contact and always happy to help in any way. Although we were initially promised open house viewings, these unfortunately did not come to fruition. But within a month of putting the house on the market, Your Move sold it. I do recommend them as an estate agent to consider.

Nicola and Sarah have been amazing throughout the past 18months. Both going out of they way to assist me finding a house (needed 1 urgently due to ongoing issues with a property). Both kept me up to date with properties and having found a new property, both Sarah and Nicola assisted with the admin.
Many thanks to Nicola who had to battle through a new renting system, she got there in the end which meant we got keys a lot sooner and also Sarah who assisted in the many questions I had.

We are very happy with the service Your move provided from marketing our property to sale. The team were responsive, professional and helpful. Being a first time buyer myself I had lots of questions and they were always happy to help. We were recommended to use their in-house solicitors which were the opposite of Your Move. They were slow, unhelpful, missed out paperwork and we ended up having to do an awful lot of the legwork organising our moving day and ensuring good communication for all parties involved. They didn’t keep in touch or tell us anything of what was going on so I am unsure why Your Move would recommend them or have them as their solicitors. The service received from Sarah at Your Move was especially brilliant. She was so understanding and quick to action anything. We would use Your move again just not the solicitor (Willsons Solicitors)

The best decision I made was to rely on Your Move to deal with the sale of my house. I met with other Estate Agents but hands down Stephen from YM was the most professional and instilled the most confidence. I was 100% correct, the sale process was easy and thorough and I couldn't be a more satisfied customer.

He sold our house within 2 weeks of putting it on the market: the experience was quick and easy. He took excellent photographs and the description for Right Move was accurate and inviting. Ive been helping my family member to look for a suitable property and found one couple of days ago, as we have been looking since last Dec and when we found this property we arranged with your move to have a viewing and i was overwhelmed at the response from the team to be shown the place at a short notice ie 17:30 & we were lucky to have met Steve who was so pleasant and very professional and sincere to his profession by being patient and not rushing around etc ( compared to other sales agents we had prior experiences with ) felt that we could communicate with Steve as an understanding person to our needs and guided us in the most appropriate manner!! He even gave me a call 1st thing the next day as I had left a voice mail late in the evening.
I would highly recommend Steve as he is a complete assett to the company with his overall performance and professionalism and pleasant attitude!!! We are looking forward to get this sale settled as we know we are in good hands!!! Thank you Steve , and thank you Your Move ????

These guys have been nothing but unhelpful and rude. We have rented a property with them for 2 years we have never missed a payment and other than raise concerns over the property we have been good tenants. From day one once we had signed the contract on the house it was clear that they were not in the slightest bit bothered about us. There were a number of issues with the property that still to this day have not been addressed and their attitude to it has been disgusting. We are 2 families living in the same house (my eldest daughter and her son live with us) we have recently been issued a section 21 notice to quit the tenancy agreement totally out of the blue. This gives us 2 months to find somewhere new to live either together or more likely we will have to go on to live separately. All my grandson has known is living with us so this has been a terribly upsetting time for us all added to the panic of finding somewhere to live. Not once has Your Move in Blackburn offered to help us in any way, they have not suggested any houses that we may be interested in or discussed our options with us. I am disgusted that they can see 2 families one of which is a single parent with a 3 year old boy facing eviction and not offer us any support. Whilst it is disgusting Iwe are not surprised given the way we have been disregarded during our tenancy. Please think twice before you use these guys they do not work for you at all their only concern is the landlord.

After trying to purchase a house with another agent which fell through, days before completion, we then came across another property with Your Move. They quickly and promptly arranged a viewing for us and were really helpful in showing us around and answering any questions. They were also more than happy to come back quite soon after to let us have a 2nd viewing. We are now proceeding with the sale and your move have been great at keeping us updated at every step, we haven't had to chase anything at all.
After our first experience of buying a home really knocked our confidence in the process, we are happy that we have now found a better property with a great agents who have helped us every step of the way.

Very poor service received by my daughter these people have wasted time in uploadinf pictures they have been disrespectful to my daughter on the phone hanging up on her not keeping her updated and generally full of excuses about their poor service. She is waiting for the area manager to look in to the case and hopefully she will be refunded £150 which was charged for literally stress stress and more stress shocking that such behaviour is actually being practised

Timewasters! Messed my parents around and caused lots of stress moving, apart from sending potential buyers to my mothers house without informing my mother is one thing then only to be told they would get keys Friday, so my mother cancalled telephone ,sky, ect and van booked to only be told its been delayed again. Hopefully some claim can be made against these timewasters
