I think Stones Young have been brilliant in the sale of my house, the photos, the advertising and the time it has taken to sell have been super. The staff were very professional and the marketing was excellent. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is due to our experience with a difficult buyer, which made our sale somewhat stressful. Jennifer in particular, was extremely patient in helping get the sale over the line. I would use Stones Young again.

We used Stones young to purchase a property. From previous dealings with other estate agents that we had found to be rude and condescending and what sometimes felt like dishonest, I had reservations about any estate agent we would use.
What I can say is that Stones Young were none of those things. They were a breath of fresh air and has totally restored my faith in decency within that industry. There were delays along the way, not of our control, but they were patient, and understanding throughout the process and kept in touch with us to discuss the progress. I don’t usually write reviews but I would recommend Stones Young to anyone that is looking at buying or selling a property. The staff are friendly and it was a great service from start to completion.
