I have nothing but praise for Terra Cotta - and Mandy and Nicola in particular. I put my cottage on the market with them at the end of 2021 and, with their expertise and local knowledge, very quickly realised a sale. They are very proactive and, despite obviously busy schedules, offer you such focused attention that you feel as though you are their sole client. Nothing was too much trouble - Mandy recommended excellent solicitors, found really useful people to help me, and had prompt answers to my endless questions. They really helped to take the stress out of the whole ordeal providing professional know-how with a personal touch and, being a truly local branch, knew their market and used that intel to very good effect. Really excellent service and lovely people to boot! Thank you!

Friendly, small agents who provide that something extra which is often lacking in bigger businesses. Nicola and Mandy ensured our buying experience was as least stressful as possible by excellent communication with us and efficient liaison with third parties. They know the area inside out. We all know that moving house is a stressful time, Nicola and Mandy are both professional and empathetic, they helped me through the complexities of legal negotiations and ‘ held my hand‘ when I was having a wobble. 10/10 for the whole team at Terracotta. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Although unable to find a home for us, Mandy and Nicola provided an excellent service. Enthusiastic knowledge of each property we viewed and the local area was excellent. Plenty of ideas on how to make each property feel like home. We’ve been on other viewings with Agents who just sat down and let us wander around by ourselves which was very unhelpful. Would recommend TC.

We live abroad but own a property in the UK that we wished to rent out. Hence we needed a company that would find good tenants and look after the property in our absence from the UK. We also wanted good value for money. It is now 15 years plus since we signed a contract with Terracotta to manage the property and we have achieved both objectives. Their rental charges are below those of others in the area, and their principal office is a reasonable distance from the property but through their regular visits to monitor its state and to assess how well it is being managed by the tenants it has been kept in very good condition. Their surveys have been carried out efficiently and with good detail for us to know its condition and when problems have occurred like mechanical breakdowns of equipment etc they have been good at obtaining quotes and offering different options to retain the status quo.

We felt we had to write a review to say a big thank you to Nicola and Mandy for their amazing diligence in successfully selling our property. A complete contrast from our previous Agent! Their advice on all matters was spot on.
Right from the start, they were professional and followed up all communications immediately. Every visit they provided feedback straight away and requests from potential purchasers were dealt with efficiently.
With being local, they knew everything about the area and ensured they knew everything there was to know about our property. They could not have done anything more to improve their service an we can recommend them highly to anyone considering selling their house!

Mandy and Nicola dealt with our recent sale and purchase. Their local knowledge is so valuable, we wouldn't have found our lovely new house without them as it hadn't even come to market yet. Also, Nicola was brilliant and so professional throughout the process, without her I really don't think we would have got it sorted in time for the end of the stamp duty holiday. Thanks so much guys!
