12th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)I can't rate Jonathan etc al at BJP enough; we had an ardous conveyancing and were relocating from Kent. Even though they were not our agents Jonathan kept us fully informed, liaising with everyone and returned all calls. Had a few issues when we did finally move and they popped round after a few days to check in and even offered to light our range/lend us heating equipment. Couldn't ask for more really. Thanks guys (Michelle & Alan)
14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I have sold 3 properties with Cymru and I wouldn’t use anyone else. I sold my house last Wednesday and in today’s climate I was half expecting to have to sit on the market for a very long time. Thanks to listing our house all over the usual property platforms, they did a video tour and uploaded it to their social media. We found a dream buyer and from offer to completion it took 8 weeks. Over those eight weeks, I worked closely with Tina, she did our viewings and also when the time came she was always there on the other end of the phone when I needed her. She was an absolute godsend when I started panicking close to exchange but she reassured me whenever I needed reassurance. She was an absolute star, Thank you Tina x
27th Mar 2024 (24 days ago)Can’t comment on quality of service as when I called they seemed completely disinterested. Chain free house to sell in prime location but no engagement on the phone. Management may wish to consider implementing mystery shops of their call team.
22nd May 2023 (10 mo. ago)The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The photographs and brochure were very good and probably contributed to a quick sale. They responded very quickly with the initial visit to discuss the sale and then a little later when I was ready to sell. I felt their communication to me on sale progress could have been a bit slicker but overall very happy with the service they offered.

26th Mar 2024 (25 days ago)We can’t praise and thank the Clee team in Carmarthen enough for their professional and considerate manner in which they dealt with the sale of our home. Starting with the initial reassuring consultation with Hazel to Eryls knowledgeable and expert home visit to assess our property and Sian’s first rate supervision of prospective buyer visits. The whole process took only 7 weeks exactly from the day it went on the market to moving out . We HIGHLY recommend CTF to anyone intending to put their property on the market.

Exceptionally understanding of our needs as a family and went above and beyond in helping us through the process. Can't recommend them enough! 8th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our personal experience with Peter Allen is a disgrace from start to finish. Paid for a service which we did not have. Paid a lot of money to them for nothing apart from putting a sign up and 2 viewings. A complaint is going to there head office over a few other things. Will never use them again.

I am a rental landlord I have viewed a large number of properties over the past 14 years and worked with many estate agents. I was very impressed by Megan; she acted with courtesy and great professionalism throughout.

They organised all bookings, viewings, and kept me informed and updated constantly making sure that I was happy at every step of the process. Becky did everything that she possibly could to make sure that I was looked after, and was professional at every step. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from somebody.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He even helped us to source our next home. Our house was marketed to such a high standard that it sold within a week. The photos and drone videos were amazing. I spoke to a few agents in the area but feel CBP are head and shoulders above the competition. They’re very current in their thinking and know their customers, both sellers and buyers. The advice I received was reassuring and helpful. The photographs and marketing was superb, and I’m very fussy. It all paid off as my home sold within days to a buyer who is lovely and totally reliable. An excellent service. Highly recommended
