26th Oct 2024 (5 weeks ago)We had dealings with this Estate Agency many years ago when we bought the property we’ve just sold through them. They have been absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to secure a sale on our property. Very professional and courteous, and had a way of making you feel you were the only person they were dealing with, but also friendly with a necessary sense of humour. The journey from start to finish selling our property was difficult but CTF were so supportive. They kept us informed and up to date with the progress, even if the situation was beyond their control because of something ‘sticking’ in the chain. We can most definitely recommend this Estate Agency if you want to sell your property, or buy through them. You won’t be disappointed.

24th Nov 2024 (7 days ago)CLEE kept me up to date on every visit, the viewers comments and any potential buyer/s. The communication was always by phone call and then backed up with a mobile phone text and the personnel were very polite at all times. Very positive in being able to sell the property, which came across in their demeanour.

If you are looking for a company that will call you, keep you updated and really care, then I recommend them completely. Keep up the great work.
23rd Aug 2024 (14 weeks ago)Got promised a house all the way till I went to sign the dotted line and they realised I was disabled and my partner wasn't Welsh. They discriminate against race and disabled people. Every single house I've applied for even the new listing they say there all let. To stop a disabled or nor non Welsh person renting

They overvalued the property, but there are a lot of issues in the area related to changes to council tax etc, which have flooded the market. They did a good job with advertising the property, but I note their presence on X (Twitter) has not been updated, so I assume they're only on Instagram, this was despite them saying they had a good social media presence. The video tours were a nice addition and set them apart. The email communication was very prompt and helpful, but I found the format of the emails not very user friendly, everything was an attachment and email said please see attached.

I am a rental landlord I have viewed a large number of properties over the past 14 years and worked with many estate agents. I was very impressed by Megan; she acted with courtesy and great professionalism throughout.

In fact I dealt with numerous members of staff at West Wales Properties and everyone was professional and so easy to communicate with. They go the extra mile working hard to match and find the most suitable clients wanting to buy your property, I had so many viewings on my property, I received regular updates also, so I was always aware of what was going on. I have used many estate agents in the past and West Wales are easily the best company I have ever used. 18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
