28th May 2025 (1 year ago)Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.

However the rollercoaster started which lead to our buyer pulling out 6 days before signing paper work. I wanted to pull our house of the market, however we decided to put the house back on the market. Thanks for the support from John Francis team we sold the house the same day.
