I’ve dealt with some really awful property agencies in the past but this absolutely isn’t one of them.
The entire team I’ve spoken to at the property centre have been fantastic to deal with during my time renting. Friendly & easy to communicate with, especially compared to others I’ve dealt with in the past.
Finding the right place can be a nightmare these days so it’s important to work with the right people, and you can’t go wrong here. I’d strongly recommend them. Thanks a lot for the new home!

Very understanding and caring. They understood that as it was my first time getting a flat I wouldn’t have a landlord reference, Chloe was really nice and informative when giving the tour of the flat and they repaired my broken bath within a couple of days.

Having arranged a viewing on a property in Liscard I received a phone call this morning to check I was still going. Yes - I was. It was arranged for 5.15pm, I was outside from 4.55 to 5.35 and Richard Dey was nowhere to be seen, not even a text, a phone call, nothing! I am now deciding whether to contact the property owner (details from the Land Registry and doing something direct - alternatively, at least letting then know why they are not selling their property. Appalling service, poor communication and certainly an agent I will not entertain going forward, even if the property is what I want - I will by pass them and go direct

One of the worst landlords around. Don't do repairs and expect the tenants to do the maintenance on the communal area (car park)
I have been in my property for 5 and a half years and the property has the same windows with broken seals since the property was built and still refuse to have them replaced. I was informed by the window guy that they had given a quote for the guy they sent out once and they refused.

The worst communication ever. The company are completely incompetent. No organisation and what seems to be a lack of leadership.As a tenant whenever there was a request for help at the property communication was either non existent or very blunt or rude. Emails sometimes complaining we hadn’t paid our rent and to “pay it immediately” even though rent was paid as ever every month on a standing order. When we left the property we were told we would receive a cheque for a deposit but ten days later still didn’t arrive. When we emailed to ask where it was we were told it was ready to collect even though they had our forwarding address. Glad to be rid of them. Don’t rent under this company. Learn some people skills if you are dealing with the public. I can see why you are only rated a 3/5

Arranged a viewing for the purchase of a property. I turned up 10 minutes before this time and waited for a further 30 minutes. Nobody from this company turned up. Totally unprofessional

The worst letting agent I've ever dealt with. They're not even slighly bothered about repairs. They do absolutely nothing about noise and nuisance complaints. They're not interested in taking action against undesirable antisocial neighbours. And when I moved out of one of the horrible flats they handled, it took me threatening them with legal action 6 weeks after moving out before these tinpot letting agents refunded my deposit. Absolute sc*mbags. Avoid them and use a local competitor instead!

I have been threatened by Nina grimshaw and David Day to the extent I have to report them to the police for a public order offence. They bully and intimidate vunrable people but David can on only bully women. Stay well away from the property centre they are bully’s.

Totally unprofessional Nina is lovely but Dave is the least professional person I have ever dealt with I offered to pay 6 months upfront and an extra month's council tax, as that was the excuse offered, but that wasn't good enough..I get the feeling they just make their money off the application fee. DO NOT Use. Just an update, despite Dave insisting that there were lots of other people interested, the flat wasn't occupied until 3 months later. I guess the plan to get an extra month's rent backfired.

Just would like to thank the property centre for your professional service. We managed to move into our new commercial premises in a short time scale which was brilliant for us. Everything was done professionally and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Would recommend using this agent especially in the commercial sector across Wirral they seem to have a lot of premises to rent.

Absolute joke of a company and just bizarre, enquired about a flat then a month later get a phone call late Monday afternoon to offer viewing on Tuesday at 10:00am, explained I am in work in the morning but could do the afternoon and was told it had to be 10:00am, staff are rude unprofessional and inflexible, obviously want someone unemployed, who else could would be available at that notice.

You cant get a property full stop unless you have a guarentor. They dont have card machine or over the phone payment service. They dont except direct debit they prefere you to pay in CASH, if you pay via standing order they expect you to email them when its gone out the bank, there not bothered about repairs, they harrass you all the time. God forbid you should have a job!!! and you cant be at there beck and call 24/7. They are very rude and unprofessional. JUST DONT BOTHER ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE if I could of given 0 star I would of.

I have rented a commercial property and a flat from property centre,,,
All I can say is ! that was genuinely the BEST thing ever dealing with this company ,,,
Nice people/flexible/understanding in every way they could help,,
And I end up buying the whole property from them ????
Most importantly!! Me being first buyer this people helped me in ever way from solicitors to deposit in a legal way and REALLY quickest way things to go through and it did yayyy ????????

There is a well known Latin phrase used in the retail industry: "caveat emptor" which means "buyer beware". That phrase is used by one of the salesmen at the Property Centre and should serve as a warning to anyone thinking of buying a property from this company !!

My experience with this estate agent was ran very smoothly with fantastic help from the sales department ( Carol ). I would recommend this estate agency for all sales lettings and commerical. A local estate agents who have been ran for over 35 years with great knowledge of the all north west areas and very proactive and friendly.
