Husband rang about a rental property as our landlord is selling, said just apply on Rightmove and she'll book us in for a viewing ASAP. He did so got a email back within half an hour saying all viewings where booked up, and they'll be in touch,this happened with 3 different properties, and it certainly wasn't over affordability as we earn offer their targeted yearly income to rent. These properties have also been on a couple of months even reduced so it doesn't make sense. Feel sorry for the landlords paying them to find renters... Read more
