Advertise houses that are no longer avaliable. Poor communication , they keep deposits from tenants . Lying about damages like scratches on walls and similar.
Go elsewhere.
Edited after they reply:
First of all it's not '' rubish review'' it's true review. Secondly you did not give me back my deposit after I left property. As you make false accusations of scratches on the walls and similar things.
Third you do keep properties on your website to atract new tenants.Once people start making phone calls you say they are '' gone'' and then offer some rubish in Birkenhead area.
I think people should make videos and record phone calls. You are worst agency in Merseyside , all these '' 5 stars'' reviews that you have are made by your staff. Your real rating is about 2 really.

Just sold my property through Bakewell & Horner. Tried 2 other Estate Agents first, with no luck. Bakewell & Horner did a brilliant job with their marketing and in less than 2 months, had an acceptable offer. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended. Their fees are also competitive.

Repair to heating was reported over a year ago, repeatedly. I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. There's problems with my Electrics, again, repeatedly reported. Its just not good enough. There are disabled people In this household and they need to keep warm.

Out of all the Estate agents we contacted B&H certainly proved to be the best choice. Their representative we dealt with “V” was absolutely on the money and the ball at all stages of our trouble-free sale. Always quick to respond to queries and sharp with follow ups too. I thoroughly recommend and thank them.

One star is too much for these idiots , minus 10 would be better. I feel sorry for people who must call them or contact them. If you want to waist your time go ahead .
Never answer emails , lying all the time, advertise house non stop even if they are no avaliable anymore.
Update : Stop lying as I called you numerous times and sent you a number of emails. You keep posting photos of houses on internet just to look busy. Of course you will not find me in your data base because you don`t want to find me. Perhaps I should record and upload on you tube so that everyone can see. Stay away from this place.
