Having spoken to Russ Smith who explained the reasons behind the cancellation were not as I was first led to believe I have amended my review and apologies if my earlier review caused any animosity. I have been using Bakewell Horner for some years to find and vet tenants for my properties. They are up front with their pricing structure and good communicators keeping me up to date on each viewing and the status of each application.
