This company is an absolute joke. Repeatedly reporting things that need fixing and nobody gets back to you for days! Right now I have reported some health and safety risks, back door won't open properly and the smoke alarm dosent work. That in itself should have been done the same day. They don't take into account any type of disability awareness and the only time they get intouch with you is if your rent is late or you put up a snotty review. Update: Bakewell put the rental property up, room requests for a day, and then put a for sale sign up. Absolutely a bait and switch for them to get rental data for potential buyers for their own property. I'm now including a photo of the for sale sign that went up right after. We never had a chance at rental. Scam. Original: Guarantor required for rental. 4 adults, perfect credit history, decades of rental history, combined earning is 10x the monthly rent... and they want a guarantor to earn over £51,000 per year, and risk their mortgage for a rental property. We have never come across such a restrictive and clearly unnecessary process for terms of rent. Who is going to risk their home for this? Ignored via email also. No response at all.... Read more

Advertise houses that are no longer avaliable. Poor communication , they keep deposits from tenants . Lying about damages like scratches on walls and similar. Go elsewhere. Edited after they reply: First of all it's not '' rubish review'' it's true review. Secondly you did not give me back my deposit after I left property. As you make false accusations of scratches on the walls and similar things. Third you do keep properties on your website to atract new tenants.Once people start making phone calls you say they are '' gone'' and then offer some rubish in Birkenhead area. I think people should make videos and record phone calls. You are worst agency in Merseyside , all these '' 5 stars'' reviews that you have are made by your staff.
