Absolute shower !!!!! Not to be trusted letting team are absolutely useless 4 years we lived with a leak!!! landlord Alec and his wife Nikki didn't care and we were told by the lettings Manager Neil we should be thankful we have a house. Even with council involved just didn't care .. Please use another letting agent AVOID at all costs you have been warned. Updated they even tried to take us for all our deposit even after 4 years of leaks mould and puddles. AVOID !!!! There should be no stars !!!!!! Luckily enough brains and dynamite ???? they accidentally put our deposit all the way through instant KARMA.. please do not trust them bunch of morons. Need to Close down let some professional rent properties to people. Avoid at all costs especially a property in Treningle View landlord Alec and Nikki you have been WARNED!!!!... Read more

My experience of renting through the property shop was good. If there was a problem with the house then it got fixed asap. My issues are after the tenancy. We handed the keys back 2 weeks before our tenancy was due to finish and didn't hear back from them i.e if the house was ok or needed more cleaning. They only emailed us because we emailed first asking about it. Waiting 3 weeks/a month for replies is not good customer service and they were so slow about returning the deposit.... Read more

My mum has been looking to go back to Cornwall for years, we have filled out forms after forms with property shop in bodmin and asked for viewings lots, my mum is retired and got good money behind her and fantastic references and fantastic credit rating but still after two years nothing, now if it says properly shop we dont look.... The lettings negotiator at this branch was consistently aggressive and rude during conversations and enquiries with her regarding available properties where mutually convenient arrangements for viewings were trying to be established. Very distressing and disappointing attitude and not what was expected from a professional company , have not come across this with any other previous letting agents I’ve dealt with, it was on several occasions which I believe is not acceptable or respectful to clients.everyone has an “off day” but this attitude really is not professional or expected and should not be tolerated. Will take my business elsewhere due to this but will endeavour to continue to engage with this company in the future once the issue has been resolved at this branch where the position of lettings negotiator has been replaced with an appropriate and more professional, approachable person. However the rest of this team at the Bodmin branch are delightful and 5 stars would of been provided otherwise.... Read more
