Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel
29th Oct 2024 (12 weeks ago)Absolutely useless at St Budeaux branch , mum aged 84 had so many problems with incompetence not doing anything right, house was sold yet money got lost in tranfer for over a month, Avoid this branch!!

Having carried out the recommended survey work on the exterior of the property, we were interested to find out how this had affected the value of the property. James very kindly carried out a valuation without any commitment knowing we had no intent in moving. He managed to carry out the survey on the day. Fabulous service, very grateful, thank you.

20th Dec 2024 (5 weeks ago)I used Stags Wadebridge to sell a property near St Merryn in autumn 2024 and found their advice and support extremely valuable. From the outset, everyone was professional, helpful and proactive. Their guidance on pricing was, “spot on” and the proactive updates were super helpful. (Call me a skeptic, but when ‘regular updates’ were promised as part of ‘the pitch’ I didn’t really expect any … so imagine my surprise when they actually happened and were so useful too!) Even the inevitable bumps in the road were handled exceptionally well. We really appreciated all the work the team put in throughout the sale process.

8th Jan 2025 (14 days ago)Five of us and two dogs had a wonderful stay in Coswarth Cottage for a week over New Year. It is a lovely, well equipped big house in a great location, moments from the centre of Padstow and all its delights. Check-in was straight forward and CRW Holidays were very responsive. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
