Thoroughly professional from the start to the finish of sale process. Saul set things in motion, carrying out the valuation of our property, organising an EPC and arranging all the marketing literature. Saul was very affable and approachable and carried all this out in an efficient and timely manner. For the viewing process Saul handed us over to Angela, who supported and took us through to final completion. Angela was fantastic, she extremely conscientious, arranging and carrying out viewings and keeping us informed on progress at regularly intervals. We were thrilled that we had a buyer offering full asking price within 3 days of our house going onto the market. Angela and Saul are an absolute credit to Stratton Creber Bodmin and I have no hesitation in recommending this estate agent to anyone looking to sell their home in the Bodmin area.

Awful and chaotic and not a responsible estate agent. If you want value for money for your build please look around as this was a disaster. Oh and skip Saul he is corrupt and does get involved in family matters where he should not and with his job should not. Just be careful. I had no response it went to someone else because of Saul and his unprofessional behaviour, also poor value só the house could be put cheaper on the market to fit certain peoples budgets so he would get his part in it. Cannot be trusted

Selling a Property can be stressful and difficult, especially when things are going wrong, or there are complications. The property I was selling had nearly everything go against it. The team at Stratton Creber from the very beginning were open, honest and professional and I don't think many other teams would have got this sale across the line. Very professional team from start to finish. Saul Smith who fronted our sale was an extremely nice gentleman to deal with to which I can find no fault. The team behind Saul and our sale did a great job. I only wish we chose Stratton Creber originally instead of Webbers who wanted the money but showed no interest in doing any work and as a result after 3 months of being on the market we had not one viewing. Within a few days of being with Stratton Creber there were viewings and much interest. Well done Stratton Creber and when the time comes we will use your services again.

We were looking for our perfect house, moving from Surrey meant we had to arrange viewings in very limited time. When we found Stratton Creber (and in particular Angela) I was able to relax. Angela was professional, punctual and was very speedy to respond to any of my (many) questions; she also has a very cheery personality which made all the difference to us. Dealing with Stratton Creber took a LOT of the stress out of buying our perfect home (which we did - from Angela!), I would recommend them without hesitation. I often walk past her office window and see her beavering away to make other people live their dream! :-)
