We used Thomas Lardner to sell our house in Romiley.
From the moment we appointed Lardner to the final handover of keys the service was excellent. Emma prepared an impressive portfolio for our house resulting in a quick sale which was handled by a dedicated sales advisor (Sarah) who kept informed throughout the process with regular weekly updates, chasing up others and digging for information when necessary.
I’d have no hesitation in recommending Thomas Lardner or using them again.

I’ve been very happy with David, Emma, Gill and the rest of the team. I would recommend to others in an instant. Much more friendly than Edward Mellor. Only thing I’d recommend or like to see is 3D interactive tours such as Giraffe360.
