Very poor customer service, communication and overall service. Previously bought a property from this agent and the property almost fell through on a number of occasions. Had to go around the agent to the seller directly to resolve the issues. It transpired that the agents had not been telling either party accurate information. I did not post this at the time of that purchase but having since contacted the agent again to view a new property listing found they were very dismissive and rude.

Would not book with this shop again. Had a complaint when we were mis sold holiday as it was not suitable for our needs. Very poor after sales service.

We used Thompson’s to sell and also buy a property. We tried one of the ‘high street’ agents with no luck but Thompson’s were successful in selling our house quickly. We ended up purchasing from them also and could not fault anything they did on both transactions. We would highly recommend this local business.

Phil and his team couldn't have been more helpful in our property sale and purchase that they handled on our behalf. We contacted many estate agents in Porthcawl prior to putting our house on the market with Thompsons and found that Phil valued our property realistically and explained everything we needed to know and although not the highest valuation we received glad we went with them. They were great communicators and kept us informed on how things were progressing from start to finish . Easy to talk with and made you naturally at ease and when our sale was delayed after having our mail redirected to our new address they arranged to pick it up so we could collect it from the office (a very personal experience that went beyond what they were contracted to do). We would recommend anybody looking to sell or buy to make Thompsons your first port of call from our experience as we couldn't recommend them more highly.
