18th Nov 2020 (4 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.
23rd Nov 2024 (21 days ago)We have just sold our house through Harris and Birt. Tommy and the team were fantastic from start to finish - professional, friendly, reliable and thorough. Tommy was our main contact and he kept in touch regularly, responding quickly to all queries, nothing was too much trouble. They are a lovely team to deal with and we would recommend highly.
19th Apr 2024 (7 mo. ago)I feel from the start they didnt do as said , putting up my house for the agreed amount, questioning me why I dont want to accept 1st offer on 1st viewing . Communication not so good, not friendly I wouldn't recommend again after using them twice previously .

1st Feb 2022 (2 years ago)An easy 5* rating from me. Flawless from start to finish during the sales process. Claire Bayliss dealing with the sale was absolutely fantastic. Providing viewings right from the start and selling the property within a month. I was contacted right the way through the process, both in a friendly and professional manner. Felt at ease right the way through the process. Pennaf will also setup an account for you where you can see exactly where you are in the sales process from start to finish. I highly recommend Pennaf Premier.

Exceptionally understanding of our needs as a family and went above and beyond in helping us through the process. Can't recommend them enough! Both Michelle and Gregg are amazing and I can’t fault the service received from them. Michelle makes you feel so welcome whenever you speak with her and makes you feel so comfortable too. Amazing team 100% recommend

I am very happy with the property I am renting from them and any problems are sorted promptly..As said great flat and location and I hope to be here for years to come as the neighbours are great and we get all get on like one big family..Thankyou..
22nd Jun 2024 (25 weeks ago)Firstly I was put into a damp flat with no heating whatsoever, after developing severe asthma & chest issues they moved me into another flat where Alison George now fine me £100 a time for parking outside my own home. Disgusting company, avoid at all costs.
