I found tiger estates to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The only decent part of their job was the photographs they took of the property. They lied to cover up their incompetence and failings,and didn't provide any kind of service whatsoever.No response to emails or phone calls as promised.Viewings were done by me as they didn't have staff available to conduct viewings at weekends or evenings!! I found the buyer myself and she will verify how dreadful tiger have been.It has been a very traumatic experience for me and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

Best thing about this estate agent was they didn’t rush or hassle us to make a quick sale and were happy to work with us doing viewings at a time that suited and were sensitive to our needs. They gave us a realistic market valuation on property from the start and haven’t asked us to drop the price over the months. Been very satisfied to date with the time it’s taken to sell house as we were in no rush. The three different estate agents who did various viewings were great, friendly and had knowledge on our type of property and the area.
Now an offer has come in, I feel confident that the rest of the process will be handled with efficiency.

We chose Tiger Sales because of the excellent, friendly approach by Simon. His photos were very good. We were with them for 5 months, and had 5 viewings. Two others booked but failed to turn up, with no warning. One asked for a second viewing but failed to turn up. One offer was made, 40k below asking price, and the family had not sold their own home. I called the staff on several occasions. They were always courteous, helpful and easy to talk to, but they didn't know our local area. The manager phoned a couple of times and was friendly. Ultimately, we changed to local agents for a new start.

Really disappointed. Our property was booked in for a valuation appointment. No one bothered to turned up, we rung up 30 minutes after the appointment time to see where the valuer was or what was going on, to then be told that the man doing the appointment had rang in sick and wouldn't be attending. Nice of anyone to let us know. If you can't be bothered to turn up to appointments and look after your customers when you're trying to win business then can hardly see them wanting to help sell the property once the cash is already in their pocket. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Got very bad experience with them nothing only 2 visits and then 4 months waiting they give me the keys without any last control, so a lot of stuff was missing. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Tiger to anyone. They've acted for me in what wasn't a straight forward sale. The property was offered for sale and then taken off the market whilst renovation work was carried out. They then came back and took more photos and revised the listing. A very trustworthy organization, Tiger Estates were also one of the cheaper alternatives in the Blackpool area. I felt that they had justified their fees; I used the option of paying for their services up front - the alternative was to potentially pay more money if the house had sold, or nothing if it didn't.
The customer portal was first class and really helped with accessing feedback and other documentation.
I was kept informed by the team at Tiger of all viewings of my property, and also of cancellations / no shows - of which there were a number during the course of the sale process and none of which were the fault of Tiger.
On completion I had a call from Gail, informing me that the property had been sold - this was very welcome and typical of the level of customer service that Tiger provide.
I would recommend Tiger as one of the more honest and trustworthy estate agents in the area; in past experience others that I have dealt with have often failed in their customer obligations whilst charging a lot more for the lack of service.

Been here since July loads of jobs need doing on the flat all they have said since moving in 3 months ago is we will get hold of maintenance still waiting for an electrician since moving to a meter that running to flats being because the one electric box is wired to one fuse being told off octopus energy the box could set a light at any time and tiger lettings knows this reported it since moving in ber in mind as well my electric is taking £12 pound a day because of the meter and I have to buy my electric cards of tiger lettings so if it goes in closes hours where left with know electric with children and all you get off them is its your fault put enough on when truth is its your fault knowing full are meter is running to flats and an electrician needs coming out said it since moving in if your planing on letting or buying off this agency I'd think twice

Great service from start to finish, there was good communication when viewings were arranged and feedback passed on to us promptly.
Once the sale was agreed, Gail managed the sale throughout the process and kept us calm especially towards the end when things started to become stressful.
Although we aren't buying on through Tiger we used Alan for our mortgage and he was knowledgeable and thorough.
Would highly recommend Tiger to everyone.
