We bought a property in Harrogate for whom Tom, TLC, was the estate agent, a probate sale. Tom was very helpful in supplying all the information we needed when viewing and kept us up to date throughout the buying process. On completion day, Tom meet us at the property and was excellent in ensuring things went well, which was very much appreciated.

Amazing service from Finlay even when the first buyers withdrew due to survey issues. Finlay/TLC sold the house again very quickly. They have always been pro-active in overcoming potential problems and navigating the way to a successful completion. Highly recommended .

From start to finish of the process of selling our house Tom was friendly, helpful, professional and proactive. A real, genuine gentleman.
Viewings were arranged and carried out efficiently, and we were kept fully informed of developments and options.
When our initial buyer pulled out Tom didn't just phone to tell us the bad news, but had already been in contact with a couple who had previously been interested. They visited again the following day, put in an offer and we have now completed the sale.
If you're looking to sell your home we would strongly recommend using TLC.

Tom Lawrence is the ultimate professional, I can not rate his service highly enough. He is knowledgeable, helpful and patient and always seems to be available to answer questions and give advice. Finley Lawrence is also a fantastic photographer and made our house look amazing in listings. You get a much better service from these guys that the 'big chain' estate agents.

Having already sold a property with Tom Lawrence, we didn't even consider anyone else when it came to moving again five years later.
Professional throughout, ever helpful, calming in time of crisis (caused by solicitors, not by anyone at TLC), always friendly, worked with us to get a good sale and, from start to finish, it has been a joy to deal with TLC (as much as buying and selling a house is ever a 'joy').
Estate agents just don't come better than this
