Sadly we are becoming increasingly disappointed with the service at Beadnall's and the fact that the rent monies which our tenant pays on time are then not transferred to us within the timescale of our agreement. Despite the fact the monies are all dealt with electronically it can be up to a week before we receive the rent. When we have asked them about this the letting agent is unhelpful and can't explain why.
They can be slow at dealing with maintenance issues which we also pay them for.
