Do yourself a favour and avoid dealing with this company. Don’t even bother to tell you who a new landlord is or that your landlord has sold the property your letting. Months after asking who it is and who’s now holding the deposit and promises to send a letter haven’t bothered. All I hope to do is avoid someone having to deal with this type of disgraceful service.... Read more

Avoid at all cost! They have no idea whether your tenant is up to date with rent payments! They don’t return calls or respond to emails and more importantly I don’t believe they reference tenants at all. If your thinking of using an agent to manage your property or just find you a tenant I highly recommend you look at other companies otherwise you may regret it just like we did. If I could rate them with 0 I would and that is the only reason I have given them a 1 star!... Read more

Absolute shambles of a company, for 2 weeks I have been enquiring about a retail unit advertised for sale. I have had no response or calls returned after chasing up several times, the agent even read the WhatsApp messages and didn’t even respond. I would strongly advise anyone looking to use this company to go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.... Read more

Pretty useless. Over past 3 years had 3 poor on responsive interactions. They are very poor with follow ups, late on scheduled viewings and terrible with feedback. I would rate 0.5 stars. Their response to follow will be we have no record of dealing with you blah blah blah. I’ve dealt with you on many occasions and are useless.... Read more
