? ????? (1 star) Extremely disappointed with the service from Breakey & co I had a property viewing scheduled and wasn’t informed that it had been cancelled. I drove over an hour to get there, only to be left waiting outside with no one showing up and no communication whatsoever. No courtesy call, no email — nothing. A simple message would have saved me time, fuel, and frustration. This kind of unprofessionalism shows a real lack of respect for people’s time. I won’t be dealing with them again.... Read more

A real mixed bag, let's face it, anyone can get offers right now if you aren't greedy... So your choice comes down to fees charged but more importantly post offer service Their photos and listing were good, but their reputed post sales was sluggish and prone to ignoring you when you complained. This is were Breakey fell badly short, they were just not proactive enough and needed constant chasing, which shouldn't be the case with a bricks and mortar agent. I honestly cannot praise Bleakley @ Co estate agents enough. They were friendly , professional and extremely pro active . I sold my house within three days and in that time had lots of viewings. Within a few days of contacting them , they had valued my house, put a for sale board up , taken wonderful tasteful photos of my home and advertised it to its best advantage on their site They were in constant communication with us regarding swiftly arranging viewings at our convenience. They made what could be a difficult time consuming task smooth and easy. I would thoroughly reccommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.... Read more

Most of the viewers could not get hold of the agent to book a viewing. We found it very difficult to get through too of which we did complain about.
