Tom Ashwood Estates agents came highly recommended and did not fail to deliver. The owner Tom and his representative Hamza, were both very professional, friendly and informed. They made us feel at home and were not 'salesy' in any way. They were able to expidite sale activities quickly and always kept us in the loop of developments. They also gave sound advice when external difficulties unfortunately arose.
In conclusion, Tom and his team were pleasant, professional and put us, the in their thoughts throughout the transaction. Therefore, If we plan to sell again, or if we know someone wanting to sell, we will have no hesitation in recommending them. They did a good job. First class service.

After five of our friends selling their properties through Tom Ashwood and recommending the agency to each other, we decided to list our Mum's flat with them.
The property had an open day for viewings within a few days of signing up and we received an acceptable offer straight away.
That fell through but fortunately there was another buyer at the same offer that had been held in reserve.
The sale has now completed and everything went through very smoothly, we were kept updated at each turn by either Tom, Humzah or Harvey and feel the service we received was excellent.
The members at the agency were very efficient, friendly and professional at all times.
We in turn would recommend this agency to anyone wanting to sell their property.

They delivered on the sale price and got us an offer sooner than expected. We were supported through the ups and downs of conveyancing and our sale completed. Would recommend.

I sold & purchased through Tom Ashwood. Great service, and attention given to our needs. They really take the time to understand the client which adds a personal touch to their service. Humza & Harvey were excellent to deal with throughout the transaction of both deals. I can see why they’ve got the Barking area on a choke hold.
