The owner of this place is a liar. Untrustworthy. Mr. Dhingra (owner) visited mine and my mothers property for a valuation, I was not present but my mother was. After speaking with him on the phone about his valuation, he some how came up with the conclusion that he never visited let alone provide a valuation on the place. If you need the services of an estate agent, this is the last place to go. Also for your information, a couple of unqualified migrant workers are carrying out works at their new apartments 'Heston Village'. Please bear that in mind if your interested in those. Dishonest, unresponsive, do nothing but collect commission even on unpaid rent. This feedback is after having asked them to mend their ways. They deducted commission from the deposit of a tenant who was unable to pay the rent due to the Convid crisis.... Read more

These clowns would have received a minus score if it was possible. They are an absolute joke of a Company! Their customer service is non existent, they don't follow the rules and regulations and they'll make you chase and chase them to the extent you'll give up. Do yourself a favour and go to another Company, one where they actually care about their customers concerns and needs. You have been warned. Stay away from these cowboys.... Read more
