Worst agent I ever met. Went for a viewing at scheduled time. Agent didn't even tell me that it was open viewing and I had to wait in long line for half an hour.
Then he acts all rude, insensitive, and pathetic. Never tells you complete details and I believe is a racist. If you rent from this agency, think what they are going to do whole year

Chose them to manage my property in Harlington. They were utterly incompetent. Terrible communication. never get back to you. they put in dodgy tenants who didn't pay rent.... and were impotent at doing anything to solve the situation..... Do not recommend.

I don’t think things would have gone so smoothly if it hadn’t been for the exceptional management team. I highly recommend Thompson’s if you are thinking of buying a property!
