21st Aug 2024 (25 weeks ago)Advertising with incorrect details and 2/3 weeks later not updated. Viewing experience was great Freddie was professional and knowledgeable. The property we were interested in was a redevelopment of old law chambers in Chester City centre - the pricing didn’t seem to make sense based on advertised measurements - when an offer was made based on this we were advised that their advert was incorrect - the property remains advertised with the old measurements including a property already sold which is said by Jackson Stops to have been considerably smaller than advertised - whilst builder and agents indemnify themselves by suggesting the purchaser should confirm sizes - it feels disingenuous. We are still awaiting the revised sizes which at one point they had but have since said they await from architects.

Finally got a call back and was told they would check with the owner and come back to me. Property is completely vacant and so god knows why it’s been a week and and no one has called me back Wouldn’t use them Nasreen
14th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)If you have to deal with Paul Kelly walk away, stringed me along for a month waiting forever for a simple online viewing, told me to wait for bigger studio to become available even though it wasn’t wanted, so I waited, sent messages no reply, “video is being done” absolute waste of time Update: Paul sent me a video Friday, I said I’d place a deposit to him Monday morning, and then I phoned you Monday morning, so how did he not here from me? Amazed someone can be fooled with lies so easily. Nice try with the working away excuse, took him three weeks to send a video when he lives in the building! Any prospective new tenants or customers please look at trust pilot before you go any further- This agent doesn't have any reviews

31st Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
