Can not say anything less than; Professional, realistic, patient and work for you. Dealing with Charlie's Angels (as I call them) the Pwllheli ladies are like catching up with an old friend - immediate connection with a big smile and genuinely listen. We purchase a house through Beresford Adams Pwllheli. When booking appointments to view properties Ela and her team bent over backwards to accommodate us to view as many properties as possible as we were travelling over 2 hours. Once we made an offer they looked after us keeping is updated along the way. Also making extra viewings until completion was not a problem and they were always willing to allow to re-view the house. Even on completion date they were very helpful and kept us informed through the day and the little welcome gifts were lovely and unique. If I was selling a house I would use Beresford over Tudor as they put many obstacles in the way to us viewing houses and in the end did us a favour as we found our dream home via Beresford Adams...
