Beresford Adams in Pwllheli. Hmm...
We were looking for a property in the Pwllheli area as new comers to this beautiful part of the world.
Can not say anything less than; Professional, realistic, patient and work for you. Dealing with Charlie's Angels (as I call them) the Pwllheli ladies are like catching up with an old friend - immediate connection with a big smile and genuinely listen. But don't be fooled by their casual easy going demeanour, they know their business!
Excellent experience all round with everyone in the Pwllheli office. A joy to work with. Special thanks to Joanna for putting up with us changing our minds and discovering what we were really looking for over the last 12 months.

We purchase a house through Beresford Adams Pwllheli. When booking appointments to view properties Ela and her team bent over backwards to accommodate us to view as many properties as possible as we were travelling over 2 hours. Once we made an offer they looked after us keeping is updated along the way. Also making extra viewings until completion was not a problem and they were always willing to allow to re-view the house. Even on completion date they were very helpful and kept us informed through the day and the little welcome gifts were lovely and unique. If I was selling a house I would use Beresford over Tudor as they put many obstacles in the way to us viewing houses and in the end did us a favour as we found our dream home via Beresford Adams

We recently purchased a house near Pwllheli through Beresford Adams Pwllheli. Despite various setbacks along the lengthy purchase process the staff at the estate agents, particularly Rebekah, remained consistently positive, nothing was ever too much trouble and we cannot praise them highly enough for assisting us. They were always friendly yet professional, they kept us updated as necessary, they called us when they had questions and at no stage throughout the process did we ever have doubts about their efficiency and effectiveness. They were simply first class throughout.

Agreed sale, got to last week of deal, seller pulled out with no reason, executive manager said they would no longer not deal with the seller then or in the future. Two weeks later property is back on the market. Not true to their word, only care about their own profits, Buyers Beware!!!
