James has been absolutely incredible from start to (hopefully!) finish. We had previously had a very negative experience with a large corporate estate agents and entered into our contract with Turner Properties at a low point, having lost all faith in selling our house. James has turned that all around. Within just a week we had incredible photos and 2 weeks later we’ve had 3 competitive offers. What makes Turner Properties stand out?<br>1. Clear and reliable communication. We had James on WhatsApp and it’s really made the process so much better! We get regular easy updates and you can see how much they care about their clients.<br>2. The Street App is amazing. It’s so easy to track all your viewings, offers and property performance.<br>3. The same person does all your viewings. This allows for consistency and you know they’re giving prospective buyers all the important information.<br>4. Friendly, personable, professional and knowledgable. James has given us excellent advice the whole way through (we’ve had some ups and downs with buyers withdrawing due to losing their buyer). His positivity has helped keep us going. We know we’ll get there eventually and that we’ll have the best outcome because of James.<br><br>A huge thank you! I couldn’t recommend Turner Properties more.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Turners, and in particular James, have been absolutely fantastic dealing with my house purchase. Even though our chain was relatively short, there were many complications along the way, and if it wasn't for James and his indepth knowledge of the buying and selling process, I am sure our sale would have fallen through. I cannot recommend then highly enough. First class service.
