She came to take photographs to put it on the market and we instantly liked her because of her friendly and professional manner. She then went on to lead a viewing and sold the house for us as promised!

Allen & Harris Didcot marketed and sold our price earlier this year. The team were very professional and friendly- we were continuously updated on the progress of the sale. The agents were very transparent and honest, which is critical when selling your home. Highly recommended- have used other agents but Allen & Harris are by far the best.

My first thoughts with Allen and Harris Didcot.. Disgusted, shocking incompetent staff and the lack of communication within the department was shocking considering how small the branch is however, within the last few weeks Stuart has been an amazing Assistant Manger and has helped tremendously. Polite, competent and communicates well. An asset to the branch. Nice to have someone that understands and gets issues resolved quickly. Thank you Stuart!

Met with Stuart last week, I needed a local agent to look after my place as I am moving abroad for work. Unlike the other agents I had round I found Stuart to be very honest and to the point, he explained how he could help and unlike the other agents he explained things clearly and didn't make things complicated. I went with Stuart and he already has six viewings lined up for me this week, I am comfortable leaving my place in his hands whilst I am not here!

I would highly recommend Allen and Harris. Elise and Kathryn, in particular were helpful and supportive.

In what was at times a difficult house buying process due to problems at the other end of the chain, Kathryn was instrumental in making sure we ended up with the house we really wanted. She also worked to limit the amount of stress we went through, and we are much appreciative of her efforts.

Absolutely loved working with this estate agency. Helpful and friendly from start to finish and it's so refreshing working with people who actually care about their jobs!
Gemma helped me organise viewings for a time that suited me, checked in to see how I got on and was just overall very friendly and bubbly!
Jack who showed me the property could answer every question I asked, he talked us through the best spots in town, what the local area was like and even gave me advice about the areas for other viewings I had booked in. He even walked us back to our car and helped with where to park.

I spoke with a mortgage advisor Matt who was incredibly efficient and made me feel at ease with the scary prospect of being a first time buyer.

Overall they are the full package. I would highly highly recommend to anyone selling or buying!
